Mumbai, May 24: After facing the wrath of political affiliates while doing a bold and scandalous bikini photo shoot for a men’s magazine, actress Neetu Chandra has now developed cold feet.

Recently, while the actress was shooting for The Man magazine at a 3-star hotel with model Krishikka Gupta, a group of regular male customers started shouting “Jai Maharashtra’ slogans and threatened action from Raj Thackeray’s Maharashrtra Navnirman Sena (MNS). They even tried to confiscate the camera, resulting in the shoot having to be abruptly called off.

Neetu, who had agreed to do hot and sexy cover for ‘The Man’ magazine, was shooting along with model Krishikha Gupta outside the lobby of a 3-star hotel, when a group of the hotel’s regular male customers watching it by the pool, suddenly started raising strong objections, by indiscriminately shouting at her and the magazine crew.

Mumbai, May 23: Heart throb and the darling of millions of women, Bollywood badshah Salman Khan has officially acknowledged German supermodel and Hollywood actress Claudia Ciesla as his “special friend”.

Mumbai, May 23: Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan might be a big fan of Indian Premier Legue but the actor says that he does not have enough money to buy a team.

“I dont have as much money as Shahrukh. He has money and so he owns a team,” the actor said in an interview to Zee news.

Like the millions of Indians, the mega star too loves cricket as he never misses IPL matches.

“I watch almost all the matches of IPL,” Bachchan said.

Toronto, May 20: Lisa Ray, the Indian origin actress who catapulted to international recognition through Deepa Mehta’s Water has been featured in the Canadian edition of Hello magazine as one of the ’50 Most Beautiful People’ of the country.

The 37-year-old supermodel-turned-actress features along with Ruby Dhalla, a Canadian politician, in the list which features only two Indians, reported Hello online.

While reacting to her inclusion in the list, Lisa Ray said, “I guess I need to thank my parents for this. I am really proud to feature along with such prestigious people.”

Freida Pinto is miffed at blogs and websites

Mumbai, May 19: Freida Pinto instructs her lawyers to sue blogs using pics from a 2006 calendar shoot…. Websites and blogs are picking up pictures from an old calendar shoot she did in 2006.

The scans of her calendar made an appearance on the net a few weeks back. They were first uploaded on a US-based celebrity blog and were later picked up by many popular blogs and sites.

After seeing the old pics, the Slumdog Millionaire actress has now asked her lawyers to take legal action against any site making these pictures more popular.

Mumbai, February 25: Delhi-6 was surprisingly a big disappointment from Rakeysh Mehra after the brilliant Rang De Basanti . Somehow Mehra’s handling of social issues through the monkey-man metaphor didn’t gel well with the audiences.
