KADHAI PANEER RECIPE

Ingredients:

250 gms Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
3 Capsicum (Shimla Mirch)
4 Onion (Pyaj)
4 Tomato (Tamatar)
1 ” long piece Ginger (Adrak)
1 tsp Red Chili Powder (Lal Mirchi)
2 Bay Leaf (Tej Patta)
4 Cloves (Lavang)
1 piece Cinnamon (Tuj/Dalchini)
Little Orange Color
4 tblsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)

How to make kadhai paneer:

Cut cottage cheese, capsicum in long pieces.
Grind onion, tomato, ginger, salt, red chili powder and orange color.
Mince cloves and cinnamom.
Heat clarified butter in a pan.
Add bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon.
Then add onion, tomato, ginger paste.

SHAMI KABAB RECIPE

Ingredients:

500 gms minced Mutton
2 Eggs
1meduim sized chopped Onion (Pyaj)
5 Green Chilly (Hari Mirch) chopped
100 gms Bengal Gram (Chana) soaked overnight
10 pods Garlic (Lasan / Lahsun)
1 tsp Cumin Seed (Jeera)
4 Cardamoms
1 ” long piece Cinnamon (Tuj/Dalchini)
1 ” long piece Ginger (Adrak)
6 Pepper corns (Kalimirchi)
4 Red Chillies
Clarified Butter (Ghee)

How to make shami kabab:

Boil minced meat in 3 cups of water and a teaspoonful of salt till water is absorbed and meat is tender.
Grind meat into a fine paste.

Hyderabadi Diwani Handi

Procedure:

Soak the Agar-Agar in water and dissolve wormed Strawberry Caulis.
Mix the 1 Tbs. Sugar free in the Cream and whip until fluffy and soft pick.
Fold together above mixture and fill in to a round ring.
Pour the mixture in to the mould.
Set the Cake in the Fridge.

Microwave: Eggless Chocolate Bread

Try out this simple, quick and delicious microwave recipe.Ingredients :

2 bread pieces
3 tbsp butter
1/4 cup drinking chocolate
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp brown sugar
4 tsp chopped walnuts

Procedure:

Cream together butter and chocolate powder. Apply it liberally over the breads. Grill the breads till they are brown and crisp. Now mix together all other ingredients and pour over the breads. Microwave for 2 minutes. Serve immediately.

Note: You can bake for 5-7 minutes at 180 degrees if you have an ordinary oven.

Ingredients:

Milk, 4 cups
Sago granules, 1 tablespoon
Sugar, ¾ cup
Cardamom powder, ¼ teaspoon
Water, 1 cup

Procedure:

Wash and drain the sago granules, and keep them aside for about ten minutes.
When the moisture is absorbed, loosen the grains.

Heat the water and add the sago granules. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring.
Reduce the heat, on a simmering flame, cook for about 5-6 minutes. Add a tablespoon more of water if the need be.
Add the milk and bring the mixture back to a boil.

Palak Paneer (Spinach Cottage Cheese Dish)

Heat oil and add cumin, when it splutters, add bay leaf, ginger and the garlic, and sauté till a light brown.

Heat a heavy bottomed skillet and add ghee in it.
Now fry maida in ghee.
Dissolve sugar in water taken in a pot to make a sugar syrup.

Ingredients

8 no: Large Chicken pieces
11/4 cup: Yogurt
2 tbs: Lime Juice
½ quantity: Chopped Onion
3-4: Dried Red Chillies
2 tsp: Coriander Seeds
2 cloves: Crushed Garlic
1″ piece: Grated Ginger
1-2: Clove

Recipe: Heart Fondant Chocolate Cake

Procedure:

Preheat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6.
Grease 4 heart-shaped 300ml ramekins with butter.

Dust the ramekins with a little flour.

Break the chocolate into small pieces and put it in a bowl, over a pan of simmering water. The water should not touch the bottom of the bowl.

Add the butter to the chocolate, and let both melt.

In another bowl, mix the flour, sugar and eggs till there are no granules and the mixture is smooth.

Once the mixture is smooth, mix in the molten chocolate and butter till even.

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Salt

1/2 cup cracked black peppercorns

Olive oil

1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

Let rest for 2-3 minutes.

Cut the cheese into 1/2 square pieces.

How to make fruit pudding:

Wash the chana dal and soak in water for two hours and then boil.

4 cups Maida
1 cup ghee
1 cup sugar
1 cup water for the sugar syrup

• 2 cups Milk
• 1 cup Condensed Milk

• 10-12 Pistachios (chopped)
• 10-15 Saffron Strands
• 3 drops Rose Essence
• Heat milk in a thick bottomed vessel.
• Once bring to boil, leave it on medium heat till it reduces to one fourth of its original content.
• Add the condensed milk and keep stirring frequently to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.
