(Siasat News)Mr. Abid Rasool khan, General secretary of A.P Congress Committee condemned the statement of TDP leader Mr. T.Devender Gound in which he had made a comparison of Congress rule with that Moghal emperor Aurangzeb. He demanded Mr. Goud to take back his statement. He told that, Mr. Devender Goud has every right to criticize Congress Govt. on political grounds. He can find fault with Mr. N.Kiran Kumar Reddy C.M of A.P. Since he has dragged the name of Moghal Emperor Aurangzab that is objectionable. Aurangzeb has been a very good ruler of his time. He had paid attention to education.

(Siasat News)Custodian of Rubath Nizam Hyderabad in Makka, Mr. Husain Mohammed Shareef took draw in the presence of Mediamen for allotting free accommodation in Makka to the Hajj pilgrims of erstwhile Hyderabad state. In all, 370 pilgrims were selected through the draw. At present, accommodation is available in both the Rubaths to the extent of 263 and 145 individuals. He clarified that the resident permit for the second Rubath is yet to be received from the civic body of Makka. This wiould be obtained by the end of Ramazan. Out of 408 seats capacity.

(Siasat News)Muslim leaders of Congress met the C.M. and advised him to reduce the expenditure on Iftaar party and utilize the same amount for the construction of Aneesul Ghuraba Orphanage in Nampally in Hyderabad.

They also demanded the C.M to enhance the budget of Makkha Masjid and Shahi Masjid, Public Garden to Rs. 5 crore to facilitate the purchase of generators and Janimaz for these mosques.

Muslim leaders of TDP targeted Congress that it diverts the attention of the public. In Congress regime, there is a long history of communal riots in which many Muslims were killed. Congress wears the pseudo mask of secularism to cover up such communal riots.

(Siasat News)District Collector of Hyderabad, Mr. Natarajan Gulzar is proceeding to America for higher studies and in his place Mr. Syed Ali Murtuza Rizvi (1999 batch of IAS) has been appointed as Collector of Hyderabad District. Mr. Rizvi worked as Joint Collector of Ranga Reddy District earlier. It is expected that Mr. Rizvi will take charge as Collector next week.

(Siasat News)Hyderabad to Bangkok Thai Airways flight makes an emergency landing minutes after it took off from Hyderabad due to technical problem at 1.10 a.m. today.

The Airbus-330 with 257 passengers landed after the pilots informed the airport control about the problem and sought permission to land immediately.

Later Airline sources said some passengers were sent to Mumbai and some to Delhi, from where they could be flown to Bangkok.

Others are provided with accommodation in a hotel near the airport.

Govt. makes lofty claims and issues statements about the Welfare Schemes for Minorities but these are not implemented properly.

Sirpur town has many branches of State Bank of Hyderabad. Minorities Finance Corporation didn’t sanction any loans to Muslim Minorities since 2004 in Sirpur town.

C.M of A.P Mr. N.Kiran Kumar Reddy is keen on extending the benefits of Welfare Programmes to Minorities.

C.M is also camping for three days in a week in every district to launch Indira Bata Programme. He had also instructed the Chief Secretary to convene the meeting of Committee of Assembly to review 15-Point Programme of Prime Minister.

(Siasat News)APSET (Andhra Pradesh State Eligibility Test) is going to be held on Friday after a gap of 13 years, last time it was held in 1998.

Since then APSET is not conducted, applicant are used to write NET (National Eligibility Test) which is held twice a year but on an average only 10,000 used to appear it with less than five percent clearing it.

1,17,793 applied for the APSET test, which is teachers eligibility test, this is being conducted by Osmania University after securing accreditation from UGC for 24 subjects.
