Indian girl arrested by Pak federal agency for travelling with fake passport

An Indian girl has been arrested by Pakistan’s Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) for travelling with a fake passport.

Nagita Ramesh told the investigation officers that she arrived in Lahore from Doha to meet Multan resident Azhar, whom she fell in love with on social media, the Express Tribune reports.

Ramesh, who hails from Gujrat in India, said she had converted to Islam, and the passport identified her as Nimra.

The FIA officials informed the Indian High Commission, Foreign Office and other concerned authorities, and deported her to Doha.

Former Pope Benedict XVI has defrocked nearly 400 priests in just two years over claims of child abuse, the Vatican confirmed.

The confirmation came after the Vatican collected data for a UN hearing to help the Holy See defend itself against the worldwide child sex abuse scandal, the BBC reports.

The Holy See is a signatory to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC), a legally binding instrument which commits it to protecting and nurturing the most vulnerable in society.

Prince Harry lands new job as military events co-ordinator

After completing his service with the Army Air Corps unit, Prince Harry has landed a new job as a military events co-ordinator.

The 29-year-old British royal had spent over three years in training and operational service with the Apache Force during his attachment to the Army Air Corps, Contactmusic reported. The Prince is now leaving his role to take up a new post based in central London as a military events planner, but will retain his rank of captain. Harry’s new job will include organizing major commemorative events involving the army. (ANI)

A drunkard called up emergency number 999 30 times in four hours to boast about his sex life.

The drunk bombarded the line with tales of his exploits, insults and sexual innuendo in a series of drunken calls in the early hours of January 16, Metro.co.uk reported.

Force Contact Centre Inspector Ian Gorman, said that the phone pest ignored their warnings and the calls descended into abuse and inappropriate comments directed at their call handlers. (ANI)

A retail chain’s window display of mannequins with pubic hair peeking out from beneath sheer panties, has caused quiet a stir in New York City.

The American Apparel store located on Manhattan’s Lower East Side has dressed three mannequins in its window in sheer lace and mesh lingerie, and added dark brown merkins to each of the mannequin’s genital areas beneath the underwear.

A spokesperson told ABC News in a statement that American Apparel is a company that celebrates natural beauty, and the Lower East Side Valentine’s Day window continues that celebration. (ANI)

Ingredients:

11/2 Cup Long Grain (Basmati) Rice
1 cup green peas
50gms paneer (cut into small cubes and deep fried)
A small bunch of methi (fenugreek) leaves (chopped)
2 tomatoes (chopped)
4-5 flakes of garlic (paste)
2-3 green chilies (chopped)
1/4th tsp. turmeric powder
Red chili powder to taste
Salt to taste
1tbsp oil/butter

Instructions

Wash methi properly and drain the water and keep aside.
Heat oil in the pan and add garlic paste and fry till light brown.

1/2 kg Onions (cut into rings)
250g Yogurt
2 tsp Chilli Powder
25g whole Garam Masala
2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 tsp Turmeric (Haldi)
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
250g Tomato Puree
250g Oil
4 Eggs (boiled)

Procedure:

Heat oil in a wok (kadhai) and add whole garam masala to it.
On a grinder, take the yogurt, fried onions, blend it together and add into the kadhai.
Add, ginger-garlic paste to the mixture and garam masala and cook for a while.

Assange said that it was embarrassing for a head of state to go on like that for 45 minutes and say nothing. According to Politico, the whistleblower said that Obama had been very reluctant to make any concrete reforms and that is why he failed to announce any major changes to the surveillance methods.

The drug combo worked well even in the patients who are hardest to treat, in whom the conventional “triple therapy” with hepatitis C protease inhibitors, telaprevir or boceprevir, plus peginterferon and ribavirin had failed to cure the infection.
