Rabbani visits Nizamuddin Dargah

New Delhi, July 28: Pakistan Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar on Thursday paid obeisance at the dargah of famous Sufi saint Nizamuddin Auliya here.

Wrapping up her three-day official visit, Ms. Khar along with Foreign Secretary Salman Bashir and other members of the delegation spent over 30 minutes at the dargah in Nizamuddin in south Delhi.

The 34-year-old Foreign Minister was accorded a traditional welcome by the office bearers of the dargah and was taken to Amir Khusro’s grave where she offered a chadar.

Except integrated state we don’t want anything: Anam

Hyderabad, July 28: Seemandhra MLA Anam Vivekananda Reddy on Thursday stated that the Seemandhra leaders are not ready to agree for any solution expect for integrated state.

Talking to media persons after meeting Pradesh Congress Committee President Botsa Satyanarayana at Gandhi Bhavan, Anam Vivekananda Reddy said the Seemandhra leaders would press for integrated state and never agree for any proposal with the Centre.

He said that even the common capital proposal made by some section of Telangana leaders also not acceptable for Seemandhra leaders.

Five killed in road accidents

Hyderabad, July 28: 5 persons including a student killed in different road accidents. 21 year old G Naresh Kumar who was said to be a driver by occupation was driving his owners car speedily when his car hit the gate of CDM at Naridmet he died on the spot.

A 54 year old person Mahinder was hit by an RTC bus at Miapur. He was trying to cross the road when the bus hit him.

Boy kills ex-girlfriend – for free breakfast

London, July 28: A schoolboy in Britain is facing life sentence for murdering his former girlfriend — after a friend promised him free breakfast if he did away with her.

Joshua Davies, 16, and Rebecca Aylward, 15, split up but she still visited him, hoping they would reconcile.

The boy, however, plotted to give her deadly foxgloves (flowers), drown her in a river or throw her off a cliff.

Rebecca bought new clothes for a ‘date’, unaware that Davies was telling his friends how easy it would be to kill her, the Daily Mail reported.

Hina leaves for Ajmer

Jaipur, July 28: Pakistan Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar arrived at the Jaipur International Airport from Delhi Thursday and after a brief halt due to bad weather proceeded to Ajmer, where she will visit the revered Sufi shrine of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti.

Airport officials told IANS that Khar arrived here at around 12.30 p.m. by a Pakistan Air Force plane and was received by state government officials.

She was waiting at the VVIP lounge of the airport when it started raining.

Helpline represents MRO for income certificates

According to the details, one Bompally Balu, 25, was running a brothel along with his associate Raju at Aparna Apartments. Police said that Balu had created a website and through which he used to lure his customers.

Date rape pill: British advisory in UAE

Dubai, July 28: When an airline introduced a bar behaviour awareness programme for its cabin crew, hardly any eyebrows were raised. Also going largely unnoticed were online accounts of expatriates who ended up victims of wild party scenes in nightclubs.

But when the British Embassy in the UAE issued an advisory in June to its citizens warning about a tiny date rape pill being used to spike drinks of victims at hotspots and nightclubs across the city, it finally drove home the seriousness of this problem.
