Hyderabad, June 24 (Siasat News): The scene at Bhavani Nagar turned tense following the clashes between some local youths and a rowdy sheeter.

According to the police, the former rowdy sheeter of Bhavani Nagar police station Ayub Khan, was running a fast food center at street No. 11.

Tonight, Faiyaz, Ghani and Basheer of Sultanshahi reached fast food center and started arguments with Ayub, which turned violent, in which two persons got injured.

Friend’s wife gang raped

Hyderabad, June 23 (Siasat News): An incident of gang rape took place in the jurisdiction of Miyapur police station where a married woman was abducted by the miscreants and kept her in a room where they repeatedly raped her.

This incident though came in the limelight with a slight delay, created panic in Miyapur. Police Miyapur has started the investigations following the complaint of the husband of the victim.

Man arrested for keeping two passports

Hyderabad, June 14 (Siasat News): Police task force west zone has arrested 29-year-old Shahbaz Ali Khan, resident of Pattigadda, Secunderabad for keeping two passports at the same time.

Police has recovered both the passports, which were issued with different names. He had obtained first passport in 1981 and was trying to go abroad but could not do so as he was a minor then.

Shahbaz then contacted the brokers and presented fake documents in which his year of birth was mentioned as 1973 and got the passport.

Communal clash at Kishanbaug

Hyderabad, June 09 (Siasat News): A communal clash took place at N M Guda in Kishanbaug over objection on consumption of liquor in front of a garage.

This is caused panic in the area and police picket is deployed here. According to the details, in N M Guda, there is a timber shop situated opposite Brahma Brahmni wine shop owned by one Mr. Miskeen.

Tonight, two Sikh youths were consuming liquor near Miskeen’s timber shop for which the local people raised objection.

Domestic dispute led to suicide

Hyderabad, June 08 (Siasat News): A newly married groom committed suicide due to domestic disputes in Rajendranagar police station limits.

According to police sources, the resident of Suleman Nagar in Chintalmet Anwar Ali, 26, was found hanging in his house. He was an auto driver.

He got married just three months back. The newly married couple had gone to Ajmer also. After some time, Anwar Ali said to his wife that he wanted to settle in Ajmer permanently.

Man’s body exhumed

Hyderabad, June 07 (Siasat News): Ibrahimpatnam police on Sunday exhumed the body of a 55-year-old man from a graveyard from Ibrahimpatnam after his sister alleged that he was killed by his wife and son.

Police said the victim, P Malliah, a mason from Sheriguda is survived by wife Maisamma and sons Aliah and Vekaiah.

Police said the victim’s sister Anjamma grew suspicious about the sudden death of her brother and the quiet burial given to him, approached police on Saturday evening.

Fake licence maker arrested

Hyderabad, June 05 (Siasat News): Task force police on Friday arrested a person on the charges of preparing fake driving lincences.

They recovered 12 laminted colour photocopies of driving licences of auto drivers, a paper-cutting machine, a lamination machine and 20 lamination films from his possession.

The accused Md. Abdul Waheed used to make colour photocopies of licences having badge numbers and later affix the same on the licences of auto drivers.

Injured man dies

Hyderabad, June 04 (Siasat News): A man who was seriously injured in a road accident occurred at Chandanagar succumbed to his injuries.

According to the Banjara Hills police, Raguvendra Rao, 30, who was working as an electrician at BHEL, was seriously injured on May 25 when a vehicle hit him badly.

He was under treatment at Apollo Hospital at Jubilee Hills. Police Jubilee Hills has registered a case and started the investigations.

Major fraud by BSNL staff

Hyderabad, June 03 (Siasat News): In a major fraud case, employees working with BSNL, Lakdi-ka-pul, allegedly stole 26 compact discs (CDs) on which data related to 1.43 crore worth re-charge coupons was loaded.

According to Saifabad detective inspector K Shankar, though the CDs were found missing from BSNL, office in November last, the BSNL authorities lodged complaint against their employees with police on Wednesday.

Abductors of a minor arrested

Hyderabad, June 02 (Siasat News): A minor girl was abducted from Kauvaguda in Shamshabad on May 29.

According to the Shamshabad rural inspector Ravichandra, an auto driver Srisailam, 21, resident of Kauvaguda, with the help of his associates Ramesh, Ranjeet, Babu and Srikant, brought the girl from Kauvaguda to Shamshabad by auto rickshaw.

From there, he took the girl to Bhadrachalam by car and married her.

40 cases history sheeter nabbed

Hyderabad, June 01 (Siasat News): Sleuths of the commissioner’s task force, south zone team apprehended Syed Khaled Ahmed alias Ajju, an absconding history sheeter.

The police seized a dagger from his possession, which he claims to have brought from one Kishen to defend himself from his enemies.

Khaled, 46, was gang member of notorious history sheeter Ayub Khan. He is a resident of Fateh Darwaza, Shalibanda.

Hyderabad, May 29 (Siasat News): The task force team of central zone has unearthed a racket of deceivers who used to cheat job seekers.

Police have arrested Rishikesh Reddy, 28, Dinesh Reddy, 27, Ravikant, 30, and Naga Srinivas, 26.

According to the police sources, the racket was involved in making false promises to jobseekers and used to take money from them.

One such job seeker Chandrasekhar Raju had given them Rs. 1,90,000 to get a job in a multinational company.

Hyderabad, May 28 (Siasat News): A former corporator was brutally killed at Borabanda. The killers are at large and the purpose of the murder is yet to be ascertained.

It is said that former corporator from Allapur was brutally killed with sharp weapons. Inspector Sanathnagar Balakotty said that the purpose of the killing is yet to be ascertained.

The killers chased him from his office situated at Allapur. The deceased Mansoor Ahmed, 46, was returning home from the office at 5 pm.

Hyderabad, May 27 (Siasat News): Cracking down on illegal financiers in the old city, police arrested a moneylender and seized several documents from him.

According to the details, Kamatipura police raided the premises of M Nageshwar Rao of Doodh Bowli for doing money-lending business without a licence.

Eleven registers, 18 promisory notes, 44 chit books, driving licence of borrower Raziuddin, three blanked, signed non-judicial stamp papers on the names of borrowers and 80 revenue stamps were seized.

Boy steals gold and cash

Hyderabad, May 26 (Siasat News): An unidentified boy stole a bag containing 1.5 kg of gold and Rs. 1.5 lakh in cash belonging to a trader at Patel market.

The victim was identified as Malleshwar Rao, a goldsmith from Guntur. According to the market police, Mr. Malleshwar Rao came to the city on Tuesday to collect the money from jewellery shops.

At 9.45 pm he went to Saibaba jewellery shop. Since he got a call, he kept the bag on the ground to attend it.

Money stolen from a house at Humayun Nagar

Hyderabad, May 25 (Siasat News): Burglars made their escape good after stealing Rs. 10,000 from a house situated at Humayun Nagar.

According to the details, Afzal Ahmed Khan, resident of Royal colony, had gone out for some work at 11 am.

However, when he returned, he was shocked to find the cupboard unlocked and Rs. 10,000 missing from it.

Mr. Afzal immediately lodged a complaint with Humayun Nagar police station where the officers started the investigations.

Dead body found in Zoo Park

Hyderabad, May 24 (Siasat News): A man’s dead body was found in the Zoo near wolf monkey’s enclosure.

After the identification of the dead body, police has registered a case.

According to the sources of Bahadurpura police, a contractor of the zoo spotted the dead body. Later it was identified as one P Narsimha Reddy, 38 of N M Guda.

As the dead body was found in the 3 ft deep pit full of water, it is asserted that Narsimha might have fallen in the pit accidentally.

Diversion Gang: Be attentive!

Hyderabad, May 21 (Siasat News): A gang escaped with a laptop, 18 tolas of gold ornaments and Rs. 17000 kept in a car by diverting the driver’s attention.

Narayanguda police said that the car belonged to Mrs. M Rinda, 28, resident of Road No. 12, Banjara Hills, who had gone to private bank on Thursday to get cash and gold ornaments kept in a locker.

She stuffed them in a laptop bag and kept in the car and asked the driver to look after them while she stepped out for shopping.

Hyderabad, May 19 (Siasat News): Police on Monday arrested an absconding accused involved in smuggling Indian currency printed in Pakistan via Bangladesh-west Bengal border.

Police seized Indian fake currency notes worth Rs. 1.97 lakh from his possession. The accused was identified as Ambothula Nagaraju, 32, a native of Khammam.

Abducted kid found murdered

Hyderabad, May 17 (Siasat News): A nine-year-old boy, abducted from Moosapet on April 20, was found murdered and buried at an isolated place in Premnagar on Sunday.

It is suspected that the business partner of the victim’s father Ranchod Patel preplanned it.

The boy’s murder came to light after his family approached the police when the boy was not returned even after they paid Rs. 10 lakh as ransom.

Hyderabad, May 12 (Siasat News): Task force (west zone) team has arrested a notorious rowdy sheeter Mohd. Chand under the Mangalhaat police station and seized a motorbike and a sword from his possession.

According to the details, Chand alias Builder Chand, resident of New Kishan Nagar, Jhirra, was arrested by the Task force team from Royal Sea Hotel situated at Asifnagar.

At that time he was holding a sword. According to the Task force, Chand was wanted in 21 cases including 4 murder cases, 5 attempted murders and 2 robbery cases.
