Illegal sale of Gutkha, one arrested
(Siasat News): Task force police has arrested a man who was involved in illegal manufacturing of gutkha.

As per the details, Md. Ayub, 25, resident of Moghalpura. Was manufacturing the banned gutkha and circulating them with brand names of the product.

Police got a tip-off and arrested Mohd. Ayub and seized gutkha manufacturing machine and 2,40,000 gutkha sachets valued at Rs. 7 lakh from his possession.

He was later handed over to the officials of the food safety of GHMC.

(Siasat News): Shamshabad RGI police has arrested the ex-gram panchayat member in connection with a theft and handed him over to judicial custody.

According to details, A Sadananad, 39, a former gram panchayat member and BJP leader, had stolen a big cooking utensil from Tirumala Hotel situated near Shamshabad bus stand a few days back valued at Rs. 8000 and had stolen Rs. 7500 from the house of one Govardhan Reddy.

Gambling den raided, four held
(Siasat News): The south zone team of commissioner task force raided a house at Gowlipura in Chatrinaka area and arrested four persons involved in gambling.

According to details, task force had raided the house of one Dayananad last night where he was running a gambling den.

The arrested persons are B Sathish, C H Rajeshwar, B Suresh and Dayanand and seized Rs. 30,000 from their possession plus a pack of playing cards.

Later they were handed over to Chatrinaka police.

Gang of women thieves nabbed
(Siasat News): A gang of three women involved in various thefts in crowded RTC buses was nabbed by Gopalapuram police. They used to pick handbags, gold ornaments and vanities of the women travelers in the crowded buses.

According to the details, the three culprits Ganga, Yuroppa and Suman used to operate in Secunderabad area where they used to board the crowded buses as passengers and commit the crime.

Money looted from trader
(Siasat News): Some unidentified robbers looted Rs. 11 lakhs from a trader at Nandi Hills of Meerpet and fled the scene.

Inspector Meerpet Mr. Sridhar Reddy said that Manohar Reddy, a steel trader and resident of Vanasthalipuram, had withdrawn a sum of Rs. 11 lakhs from Karur Vysya bank and going towards his office by keeping the money bag on the tank of his motorbike.

In the meantime, two unidentified persons speedily came from behind, overtook his bike, resulting in falling of the trader.

Kukatpally murder mystery solved, one arrested
(Siasat News): Kukatpally police has solved a murder mystery after eight months of sheer investigations and untiring efforts where a married woman was murdered. DNA, Fingerprints and the forensic experts report proved fruitful in getting this mystery solved for Cyberabad police.

According to the details, the deceased Aruna Kumari, 38 who was the resident of Gayathri Nagar in Kukatpally, was murdered in her house after being raped.

Aged businessman murdered
(Siasat News):  A 70-year-old businessman was stabbed to death behind Taj Banjara Hotel at Banjara Hills.

The victim was identified as Eshwariah, a resident of Ambedkar Nagar, Road No. 13. He used to run a mutton shop in Chintal Basthi. The deceased was murdered at 6.30 am while he was going to his shop.

As he reached the rear gate of Taj Banjara, unidentified assailants intercepted the deceased’s scooter and attacked him with knives.

Man brutally murdered
(Siasat News): Some unidentified persons brutally killed a man in Naredmet, threw the body in a deserted area and fled.

27-year-old Prabhudas was the resident of Naredmet and has been working as painter. Police said that his dead body was found near Brahmini Nagar survey where he was killed with a heavy boulder.

A case has been registered and further investigations are on.

(Siasat News): The custom officials of Rajiv Gandhi International airport have recovered the horn of a wild animal from a woman passenger.

As per the details, the said woman reached the airport from Riyadh on July 9 and went home. However, she reached the airport once again and this time with a complaint of loss of one of her bags.

(Siasat News): A government employee committed suicide in L B Nagar by consuming pesticide.

Police sources said that Arjun, 26, resident of L B Nagar, has been working as an attender in II Additional court. Yesterday, after reaching home from office, he took the extreme step.

Police is yet to ascertain the motive behind the suicide. Further investigations are on.

Software engineer ends life
(Siasat News): A software woman engineer jumped to death from a building in Madhapur.

As per the details, Ashwini Nair, 22, was the daughter of one Manjunath Nair of Bangalore, has been working in Oracle Company as chemical engineer.

She jumped down from the fourth floor of the building. According to reliable sources, Ashwini had attempted suicide earlier. She had resumed her job from 24th June.

Husband kills wife
(Siasat News): The indifference and the constant fight between the husband and wife led to the murder as husband strangulated her to death.

(Siasat News): Task force police have arrested three persons hailing from Karnataka for circulating fake currency notes in the city and seized ‘big amount’ from their possession.

As per the details, Mohd. Tajuddin, 30, said to be the kingpin of the gang, took Rs. 92,500 from his associate Mohd. Alauddin of Gulbarga three days ago and promised to give him Rs.30, 000 in real currency in lieu of the fake notes.

According to details one Gudam Mahadev, 40, native of Mahboobnagar had been working in Indonesia since a decade and was in love with his colleague.

To marry the girl, he came to India on June 24 along with the girl’s parents and one of his friends. After the marriage, he again went to the airport to see off his wife, in-laws and friend.

Man arrested with cartridges and released
(Siasat News): The immigration officials at Rajiv Gandhi International airport handed over a passenger to RGI police when they recovered cartridges from his possession.

As per the details, the passenger, Suryaprakash Shukla, 71, native of Lucknow was about to board a flight for Lucknow.

During the screening of his bag, cartridges of .32 were detected. He was handed over to RGI police.

After producing license for the cartridges, RGI police with due paper formalities, later released him.

(Siasat News): A tyrant husband set his wife ablaze in Kushaiguda. Police also confirmed that Nirija, 30, was torched by her husband.

Resident of BhratNagar, Kushaiguda, Sekhar got married to Nirija some 8 years ago. However, the couple remained issueless and developed differences.

To sort out the matter between the two, both were counseled many times and it did not produce any result. Sekhar had started torturing his wife since last two years and the situation had turned from bad to worse.
