Student drowns
(Siasat News): A student drowned during swimming in Mylardevpally. The deceased Jaipal Reddy, 19, was the son of one Shiva Reddy and the resident of Babul Reddy Nagar.
Yesterday, he got for swimming in Pratap Reddy bowli situated closer to his house. However, he drowned during the swimming without realizing its depth.
Police has registered a case and further investigations are on.

School teacher ends life
(Siasat News): A school teacher who was very upset over her deteriorating health, took the extreme step of ending her life.
This incident occurred in Raidurgam police limits where Elizabeth, 34, hanged herself to death. She was the wife of one Deepak of Manikonda and has been working as a private teacher.
However, she was not keeping well for the last six months and ended her life last night. Police is further investigating.
New bride commits suicide (Siasat News): A new bride who got married just three months back, committed suicide in Maheshwaram police station limits. Police said that the deceased Afsha Jabeen, 20, got married to one Mujahid in January this year. At the time of the marriage, her parents had given Rs. 2 lakh in cash, 10 tolas gold and other household items. However, it seems that the items were not enough for Mujahid’s family as Mujahid kept on harassing her for more dowry. When the harassment became intolerable for Afsha Jabeen, she hanged herself to death.
Mohtarma Iqbal Begum w/o Masood Ahmed died on April 17. She was 80.

Youth arrested for molesting girls
(Siasat News): Nacharam police has arrested a youth from a cyber café for molesting a Muslim girl.
As per the details, the said girl, 21, and the resident of VST colony, had gone to take a print out of her bio-data from the cyber café. The owner of the cyber café Vijaya Raghav Rao tried to molest the girl.
When the girl raised an alarm, the people from the locality gathered there and called the police. Nacharam police arrested him and recorded the girl’s statement.
4-member gang arrested
(Siasat News): Moinabad police has arrested a 4-member gang involved in stealing gold ornaments from mortgage center.
It is said that Mohd. Yousuf, 26, along with his friends G Hussain, Syed Imran, Mohd. Hussain had stolen 4.5. kilo silver and 31 tolas of gold ornaments from a mortgage center namely P Kumavat on July 20, 2013.
Moinabad police also arrested two persons Laxman and K Raju who used to buy stolen ornaments.

(Siasat News): An intermediate student in Pargi was frightened of the failure in his ensuing examinations and took the extreme step of ending his life.
Police sources said that the deceased Mahesh, 18, was a student of intermediate but he was afraid of failure in his examinations.
This phobia led him to consume pesticides that made him unconscious. He was admitted to the hospital but died during the treatment.

Rafiqunnisa Begum w/o Janab Khaja Khan died on April 13 after brief illness.

(Siasat News): A girl studying in class VII ended her life in suspicious circumstances in Chandanagar. Police sources said that the girl was mentally imbalanced.
As per the details, the deceased Kaushalya, 14, was the resident of Gopi Nagar in Chandanagar. Her health was deteriorating that put her under mental pressure.
Last night, she poured kerosene on her body and set herself ablaze. Police is investigating this case from every angle.

Man booked for sexual exploitation
(Siasat News): Panjagutta police has registered a case against a man who sexually exploited a girl by promising to marry her. As per the details, Suresh Kumar, 19, native of Guntur and resident of Bowenpally, has been working in a printing press in Ameerpet.
However, he befriended a 25-year-old girl who was working in an office situated opposite the printing press. Police said that both have been going steady since last three years. However, when the girl insisted upon him to marry her, Suresh denied.
House burgled
(Siasat News): The unidentified burglars looted gold ornaments from the house of a retired IAS officer situated at Banjara Hills Road No. 14.
As per the details, the retired officer Mr. Hari Haran Johar used to go out for walking in the morning hours along with his wife.
Yesterday, he had gone out as usual. However, when he came back, he found the almirah of the house broke opened and gold ornaments worth Rs. 25 lakh were stolen.
Banjara Hills police has registered a case and further investigations are on.

Fall from height proved fatal
(Siasat News): A woman fell down from the height in sultan Bazar and died. Police sources said that the deceased Kundamma, 48, was a sweeper.
On April 6, while sweeping on the top of the building, she suspiciously lost control and had fallen on the ground.
She was admitted to hospital with severe injuries and died but died during the treatment last night. Police has registered a case and further investigations are on.
Nephew kills uncle
(Siasat News): A man brutally killed his own uncle in Mailardevpally an outskirt area of the city.
The land dispute of district Jahanabad in Bihar became the cause of the murder in the city. Inspector Mailardevpally Mr. S Venkat Reddy said that the deceased Shyam Yadav, 35, was killed by his nephew.
He said that the uncle-nephew duo had a heated argument at their Brindavan colony home.

(Siasat News): Two women committed suicide in two different incidents occurred at Lalaguda and Medpally as they were facing the harassments of their husbands.
Lalaguda police said that the deceased Urmila, 21, wife of one Anil residing at railway quarters area, was a private employee. He was an alcoholic and used to harass his wife under the influence of alcohol.
His wife didn’t like it and yesterday, she took the extreme step of hanging herself to death.

(Siasat News): a labour who was in financial crisis, hanged himself to death. According to Kukatpally police, the deceased Mohd. Ghouse, 24, resident of Maglamma Basthi, hanged himself to death in his house.
Police further said that the Mohd. Ghouse was facing financial crisis and it had become very difficult for him to meet his daily expenses.
Kukatpally police has registered a case and the dead body is shifted to Gandhi Hospital for post mortem.

(Siasat News): The East zone of commissioner task force raided a gambling den being run in a hotel and arrested two persons. Margi Hotels and Resorts Pvt. Ltd., situated at Maduranagar in Yousufguda is a well-known hotel in the locality.
In its room No. 312, two persons were involved in gambling. Police further said that one Rajesh was behind running this gambling den and has been working in a bar at Banjara Hills.
He wanted to earn fast bucks to eliminate his financial crisis and had started a gambling den.
Man dies in suspicious circumstances
(Siasat News): A man died in suspicious circumstances in S R Nagar. Police sources said that the deceased S S Reddy, 36 was a private employee and has been living in Chintal.
Last month he had come to a shopping complex along with his friend and had a sudden fall near the complex and had sustained severe injuries.
However, instead of recovering, he died last night in a suspicious manner. Police is further investigating.
