A teenage father has been disappointed after receiving a photo of Xbox One, instead of the gaming console, for what he ordered on eBay for 450 pounds.

Peter Clatworthy, 19-year old, had saved up all year to buy the Microsoft console for his four-year-old son and he had ordered the Day One edition of the gaming console, but to his disappointment he received a grainy photo of the console in the post, Metro.co.uk reports.

The dating site, ‘ HiDine.com’, allows women to post their favorite restaurants and allows men to offer dates via those restaurants and cuisines and paying the bill, ABC News reported.

Kyle McGinnis, the creator of the site said that he doesn’t consider himself “old-fashioned” but admitted that he prefers to pay for the first date, and added that he doesn’t think it’s wrong for a girl to expect this kind of treatment.

A new research has suggested that it may be possible to alter faulty genes of future generations by introducing new, functioning genes using “designer sperm”.

According to the research report, this discovery could lead to a new frontier in genetic medicine in which diseases and disorders are effectively cured, and new human attributes, such as organ regeneration, may be possible.

The study has revealed that altering genes in sperm, and then inducing fertilization, produces new genes that are present and active in the embryos and inherited to at least the third generation.

A man, from Newport, South Wales, had to seek emergency medical assistance after getting a toilet roll holder stuck up his bottom .

The unidentified man called 999 from his mobile after he found himself unable to move with the holder inside, the Mirror reported.

After firemen rescued him from the dilemma, the man was given “suitable advice” to avoid getting into a similar situation again. (ANI)

A UK man cooks and paints the ceiling in his sleep due to a rare sleeping disorder.

Steve Chapman from Overton, Hants said that once his wife came home to find a stepladder in the lounge after he had painted the ceiling but couldn’t remember it, the Daily star reported.

The 57-year-old has also cooked meals for himself while he was a sleep and has no recollection of the episodes.

He has been diagnosed with Kleine-Levin Syndrome, which affects around one in a million people and some sufferers do not even wake up for months.

A 61-year-old man currently holds the world record for doing the most pull-ups and chin-ups.

Stephen Hyland holds the record with most chin-ups in 30 minutes, six, 12 and 24 hours and most pull-ups – chin-ups with palms reversed in 30 minutes, one, six and 12 hours.

Hyland of Stoneleigh, Surrey holds eight global records for in set times and plans to break a world record on his 70th birthday, the Daily Star reported.

Hyland has raised the bar from 993 in 60 minutes to 1,019, which amounts to an impressive 17 chin-ups every minute.
