Actor Jon Hamm finished his rehab stint for alcohol addiction just days before the premiere of the final episodes of the American period drama television series “Mad Men”.

According to TMZ, “The A-Team” actor spent 30 days at Silver Hill Hospital in New Canaan, Connecticut for alcohol abuse. He checked himself to the rehab facility at the end of February, reports aceshowbiz.com.

“Harry Potter” author J.K. Rowling gave a withering response to a fan who couldn’t see how Albus Dumbledore was gay.

Rowling revealed the sexuality of the headmaster of the school of wizardry Hogwarts in 2007 to much controversy at the time. Some fans on Twitter are still having difficulty coming to terms with the revelation, reports hollywoodreporter.com.

Jack Huston cast in The Crowe’

Actor Jack Huston will star in and as “The Crowe”, the remake of the 1994 film of the same name.

Huston, 32, will play Eric Draven, the part originally portrayed by Brandon Lee in the original film, reported Entertainment Weekly.

In the original film, Eric and his fiancee are brutally murdered by members of a gang the night before their wedding.

On the anniversary of their death, Eric rises from the grave and assumes the role of the Crow, a supernatural avenger.

The remake will be directed by Corin Hardy (‘The Hallow’) and is set to begin production in 2015.
