The going is great for actor-singer Priyanka Chopra. She is out with her third solo single “I can’t make you love me”, which made it to the No.3 spot on Itunes India in less than 24 hours.

After the riveting success of “In My City” featuring Will.I.Am and “Exotic” featuring Pitbull, Priyanka has nailed it with her third song “I Can’t Make You Love Me”. It is a unique cover of the Bonnie Raitt’s 1991 song that made it to Rolling Stone Magazine’s 500 Greatest Songs of All Time.

The fate of erotic thriller “Mastram” will be decided May 9, but its trailer, interspersed with a writer’s quest, adult content and adages like “the secret folder of your computer coming in the form of a feature film”, has got an overwhelming response on the internet.

Released Feb 14, the trailer from the Akhilesh Jaiswal directed fictional tale of a porn writer Mastram, which has all the “adult ingredients, has so far garnered 16,71,917 hits on the video sharing website YouTube.

Actor Ranveer Singh, who has done bold scenes in movies like “Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela” and “Band Baaja Baaraat”, is now asking people to try Rex – a unique dance move – and urges the youth to “talk more openly about safe sex by normalising the conversation”.

This election season, Vir Das will be seen playing a corrupt politician’s toy-boy lover in ‘Revolver Rani’ and the actor-comedian says the film will finally mark his entry into the lead man territory.

BJP’s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi Tuesday refuted allegations that Bollywood was getting divided because of him.

“I am not very familiar with Bollywood. I did meet some people after I became chief minister but that was purely for occupational reasons, though everybody is entitled to their views,” Modi told ABP News in an interview.

Distributors from various territories predict that if promoted smartly, the film will get a good opening, overwhelming footfall and they can also “smell” that the fictional biography will do “something good” for the industry.

Tamil cinema’s popular comedian Santhanam Tuesday joined social networking website Twitter.

“I would like to bring to your notice that my official Twitter account name is https://twitter.com/iamsanthanam @iamsanthanam. You can get updates about me (and) communicate with me here (sic),” Santhanam posted on his Twitter page.

The “Bang Bang” team shot for 20 days in Film City with the lead pair of Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif.

“The shooting of ‘Bang Bang’ is in top gear. We just wrapped a schedule in Mumbai where we shot a song and a few action sequences. Now the entire team is fully prepared to travel to Abu Dhabi for the intense action-packed schedule,” said Siddharth.

Actor Uday Chopra is happy about his brother-filmmaker Aditya Chopra’s marriage to actress Rani Mukerji and welcomes her with open arms.

Aditya and Rani tied the knot Monday in an intimate, small affair in Italy.

“We welcome Rani Chopra to the family. Lots of love to the newlyweds,” the “Dhoom” actor tweeted Tuesday.

Along with the son of late director Yash Chopra, filmmaker Karan Johar also took to Twitter to wish the couple. Johar made his directorial debut with film “Kuch Kuch Hota Hai” that starred Rani.

Actor Ayushmann Khurrana, who has become a father for the second time, says his newborn daughter will be his reason for learning how to be more compassionate.

“I learnt humility from my mother. Chivalry from my wife. Will become compassionate because of my daughter,” Ayushmann said in a statement.

The 29-year-old and his wife Tahira were blessed with a daughter in Chandigarh Monday. They are already parents to a two-year-old named Virajveer.

Ayushmann is super excited.

Nargis Fakhri has returned from the US after shooting her first international film entitled “Spy”. Directed by Paul Feig, the film will see Nargis in her first action role.

Apparently, Nargis kicked some serious ass in Los Angeles.

Speaking about her role and the film Nargis said, “I don’t know why some sections of the Indian media have written that I’ve shot with Jude Law. Because I haven’t! He is in the film, but I haven’t shot with him yet.”

After co-directing “Chillar Party” and directing the recently released “Bhoothnath Returns” – both with children at their core – Nitesh Tiwari is getting ready to try his hand at a completely new genre.

“It’s just a coincidence that my first two films featured kids in a central roles. My next film would be a complete departure from these two films,” Tiwari said.

He is happy that “Bhoothnath Returns”, starring Amitabh Bachchan and Parth Bhalerao, has been warmly received by the audiences.

It’s been a fairytale life for Rani Mukerji, and it continues to be so for the newly married actress, who exchanged vows with filmmaker Aditya Chopra in a “beautiful” ceremony in Italy. She says she missed having her husband’s late father and filmmaker Yash Chopra around for the D-day.

Amitabh Bachchan-starrer “Bhootnath Returns” — a movie that emphasises the importance of voting — should be made tax free so that its message reaches a wider audience, the Election Commission has been urged.

In a petition to the commission, a media organisation here said that tax free status for the film, which is doing well at the box office, would only be appropriate as the country is in the middle of a general election.

“We are happy to announce that Aditya Chopra and Rani Mukerji got married last night. The wedding was a very small intimate affair with very close family and friends,” Rafiq Gangjee, vice president (marketing and communications), YRF, said in a statement.
“We wish the couple a very happy married life,” Gangjee added.

Renowned Pakistani designer Faraz Manan says Bollywood diva Kareena Kapoor, who is the brand ambassador of his lawn collection, is fond of his royal ethnic attires and even dons them at certain occasions.

Kareena, 33, is the face of his latest Crescent Lawn Collection, which consists of digital lawn floral prints with embellished necklines presenting an embroidered look to the outfits.

Actor Vijay Raaz says celebrated poet-filmmaker Gulzar agreed to come on board as a lyricist of his directorial venture `Kya Dilli Kya Lahore` only after watching his film.

Gulzar has also turned the narrator for the 1948-set drama, which follows the story of an Indian and a Pakistani soldier, who are compelled to fight in a war between the two countries soon after the Independence.
