After the riveting success of “In My City” featuring Will.I.Am and “Exotic” featuring Pitbull, Priyanka has nailed it with her third song “I Can’t Make You Love Me”. It is a unique cover of the Bonnie Raitt’s 1991 song that made it to Rolling Stone Magazine’s 500 Greatest Songs of All Time.

‘Mastram’ trailer crosses 16 lakh hits on YouTube

The fate of erotic thriller “Mastram” will be decided May 9, but its trailer, interspersed with a writer’s quest, adult content and adages like “the secret folder of your computer coming in the form of a feature film”, has got an overwhelming response on the internet.

Released Feb 14, the trailer from the Akhilesh Jaiswal directed fictional tale of a porn writer Mastram, which has all the “adult ingredients, has so far garnered 16,71,917 hits on the video sharing website YouTube.

Ranveer Singh urges people to try ‘the Rex’

‘Revolver Rani’ my stepping stone from ensemble to lead: Vir

This election season, Vir Das will be seen playing a corrupt politician’s toy-boy lover in ‘Revolver Rani’ and the actor-comedian says the film will finally mark his entry into the lead man territory.

I have not divided Bollywood: Modi

BJP’s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi Tuesday refuted allegations that Bollywood was getting divided because of him.

“I am not very familiar with Bollywood. I did meet some people after I became chief minister but that was purely for occupational reasons, though everybody is entitled to their views,” Modi told ABP News in an interview.

Last week, an appeal by some Bollywood artistes asking people to vote for a secular candidate created a controversy as supporters of Modi rejected the view, revealing the fissures in the film industry.

“Mastram”, an erotic thriller about a porn writer popular in the country’s northern part, is coming on the big screen May 9. Distributors from various territories predict that if promoted smartly, the film will get a good opening, overwhelming footfall and they can also “smell” that the fictional biography will do “something good” for the industry.

Sanjay Ghai, COO in Mukta Arts Limited, which has footprints in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab and Rajasthan, is positive about the prospect of “Mastram” at the box office in the tier two cities.

Tamil comedian Santhanam joins Twitter

Tamil cinema’s popular comedian Santhanam Tuesday joined social networking website Twitter.

“I would like to bring to your notice that my official Twitter account name is https://twitter.com/iamsanthanam @iamsanthanam. You can get updates about me (and) communicate with me here (sic),” Santhanam posted on his Twitter page.

Santhanam, who has starred in many Tamil films in the last few years, is making his debut in a lead role in upcoming romantic-comedy “Vallavanuku Pullum Aayudham” in the same language.

Salman Khan frenzy hits Warsaw

Actor Uday Chopra is happy about his brother-filmmaker Aditya Chopra’s marriage to actress Rani Mukerji and welcomes her with open arms.

Aditya and Rani tied the knot Monday in an intimate, small affair in Italy.

“We welcome Rani Chopra to the family. Lots of love to the newlyweds,” the “Dhoom” actor tweeted Tuesday.

Along with the son of late director Yash Chopra, filmmaker Karan Johar also took to Twitter to wish the couple. Johar made his directorial debut with film “Kuch Kuch Hota Hai” that starred Rani.

Will become compassionate because of my daughter: Ayushmann

Actor Ayushmann Khurrana, who has become a father for the second time, says his newborn daughter will be his reason for learning how to be more compassionate.

“I learnt humility from my mother. Chivalry from my wife. Will become compassionate because of my daughter,” Ayushmann said in a statement.

The 29-year-old and his wife Tahira were blessed with a daughter in Chandigarh Monday. They are already parents to a two-year-old named Virajveer.
