Nicole Scherzinger launched into a foul-mouthed rant at her girls and accused them of not trying hard, before storming out of the sets of ‘X Factor.’

Scherzinger, after watching lacklustre performances on stage at boot camp, told her fellow judges, Gary Barlow, Louis Walsh and Sharon Osbourne that the performance was very uninspiring and depressing.

The 35-year-old singer then tore into the acts backstage and yelled at the girls that she is not in her best mood and that previous performance “p****d her off,” the Mirror reported.

Asaram’s Indore ashram’s ‘illegal’ gate razed to ground

The illegally-constructed main entrance gate of an asharam of controversial godman Asaram in Indore was demolished on Saturday by the Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation.

The action was initiated after the ashram’s authorities concerned failed to produce permission certificate for construction of the gate after MPRDC issued notice to the ashram a week ago, sources said.

The US intelligence community has reportedly said that the al-Qaeda linked terrorist group al-Shabab, which claimed responsibility for the Nairobi mall-attack, may be planning new attacks in East Africa, particularly Kenya.

The intelligence community monitored a specific stream of classified information, but it did not include details of specific target or date.

A new study has revealed that the risk of mental decline through age or illness, is less in people, who play one or more musical instruments.

Researchers at St Andrews University found that musicians have sharper minds and they are able to pick up and rectify mistakes quicker than their non-musician counterparts, News.com.au reported.

For the research, led by psychologist Ines Jentzsch, scientists compared the behavioural and brain responses of amateur musicians with non-musicians when performing simple mental tasks.

Mumbai building collapse death toll rises to 23

The death toll in the Dockyard area building collapse in Mumbai has risen to 23.

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation Management cell has confirmed this.

According to the Disaster Management Cell, 18 people have been rescued from the debris, while 32 people have been injured, and are being treated at Mumbai’s J J Hospital.

Fire brigade and National Disaster Response Force officials are supervising the relief and rescue operations, even as many people are said to be still trapped in the building debris that once housed about 22 families.

Madhya Pradesh launches first ever AC double decker train service

Madhya Pradesh has launched its first ever air conditioned double decker train service.

This train will run between Habibganj and Indore.

It was flagged off recently by Minister of State for Railways Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury from the Habibganj Railway Station in Bhopal.

The LHB A C Double Decker is the fifth such train in the country. The four other trains are running between Jaipur-Delhi, Mumbai-Ahmedabad, Chennai-Banglore and Howrah-Dhanbad.

Muzaffarnagar riot victims to get govt jobs: UP govt

An order has been issued by the Uttar Pradesh government to provide government jobs to those killed during riots in Muzaffarnagar and adjoining areas, a official spokesman said here.

“Implementing the announcement made by Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav on September 15 that kin of those killed in riots will be given government job according to their qualification an order has been issued,” he said.

The spokesman said that 62 people were killed in the violence of which five remain unidentified.

Qaeda tells Syria schoolgirls to wear Islamic clothes: NGO

An Al-Qaeda front group in Syria says girls in a village it controls will not be allowed to attend school unless they wear Islamic clothing, a monitoring group said today.

In Tweihineh, “the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant… Has forbidden girls in primary education and above from attending school unless they wear fully Islamic clothing including an abaya (gown), gloves and a veil,” the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.
