Islamabad, September 10: A Pakistani national pleaded guilty on Friday before a United States court to charges of illegally exporting nuclear-related material to restricted entities back home, Justice Department said.

“This conviction is the product of a vigorous, cooperative joint-agency investigation focused on denying and disrupting the illegal export of controlled nuclear technology destined for Pakistan,” said Eric L Hirschhorn, under secretary of commerce for industry and security.

Hyderabad, September 09:The Prime accused in the Akbaruddin Owaisi attack case Mohammed Bin Omer Yafai alias Mohammed Pahelwan was today released on bail from Cherlapally jail this evening.

A single bench of the High court yesterday granted bail to Mohammed Bin Omer Yafai, Hasan Bin Omer Yafai, Esa Bin younus Yafai, Yahiya Bin Younus Yafai, Fazal Bin Ahmed Yafai and Faisal Bin Ahmed Yafai.

The family members of Pahelwan furnished the bail sureties before the Nampally court and the court ordered the release of the accused persons.

Starting his career in 1990s with action films, he gained more fame for his comedy roles.

He was tagged as Khiladi Kumar of Bollywood after he acted in a series of films with ‘Khiladi’ in their titles, including Khiladi (1992), Sabse Bada Khiladi (1995), Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi (1996), International Khiladi (1999), and Khiladi 420 (2000).

The incident occurred under Jubilee Hills police station limits where 32 year old Abhelaya a car driver by occupation hanged himself to death. Abhelaya was the resident of Venkatapur and was married to Renuka 15 years ago. They had no children. According to sources, he was driven to suicide by taunting of the family members and consequent worrying of his wife.

Hyderabad, September 9: An engineering student jumped from the upper area of the hostel and ended his life. The incident occurred under Kushaiguda police station limits. According to police sources 22 year old Mohan who was an engineering student failed in two subjects. He was under mental trauma since his failure. Yesterday he took the extreme step and committed suicide. Police has registered a case and investigations are on.

Hyderabad, September 9: A labour was electrocuted while working at Market area. 19 year old Pradeep Gautam who was employed in a company was hit by electric shock while working. He died last night. Pradeep worked as a labour in a company at Nacharam. Police has registered a case and investigations are on.

According to market police sources 50 year old Ramulu who resided in Jawaharnagar was working at Secunderabad on September 3. He fell down from staircase and sustained serious injuries. He was rushed to the hospital where he died yesterday while undergoing treatment.

It must be recalled that Nazia Begum resident of RTC colony Maulali had died suspiciously who was two month pregnant and had a 5 month old kid. She suspiciously committed suicide. However her father says that his daughter has been burnt alive.

New Delhi, September 09: Two days after an explosion outside Delhi High Court claimed 13 lives and injured at least 73 others, the mystery surrounding who’s behind the blast remains unravelled.

Another terror e-mail surfaced on Friday, warning of an impending attack. The e-mail from a Yahoo! Account has been sent to the authorities in which an unnamed terror group claimed the responsibility for the blast.

Hyderabad, September 9: Bharatiya Janata Party has urged the state government to take action against the police officials who remained mute spectators during the violent incidents occurred at Adoni. Dubai, September 09: Prosecutors accused the housemaid of assaulting her sponsor and causing him 40 percent disability in his private parts, reported.

“She has been referred to the Dubai Court of First Instance and her trial starts today (ThursdaY). She has been referred to the criminal court because her accusation is assault that led to permanent disability,” the paper quoted a source close to the case, as saying.
