28yr old driver commits suicide

A 28-year-old driver committed suicide by consuming some unknown poison.

According to Ghatkesar police, the deceased, A Nagaraju, who had consumed poison on June 4 at his residence in Edulabad, died at the Gandhi Hospital on Sunday. He got married about four years ago and had no children. The same reason is suspected to have driven him to suicide. (INN)

Revanth Reddy ill, say lawyers

Kodangal MLA Revanth Reddy, who was under ACB custody with regard to note for vote case, was suffering from illness, according to his lawyers.

Speaking to the media after the second day interrogation of Revanth Reddy on Sunday, Revanth Reddy’s lawyers said the other two accused Sebastian and Uday Simha too were suffering from illness. They said the ACB officials asked Revanth Reddy 60 questions on second day and alleged that the sleuths have not even provided minimum facilities to the accused and the officials denied even water when asked for it. Revanth Reddy faces 60 questions on second day of interrogation

TDP MLA A Revanth Reddy faced nearly 60 questions in connection with ‘Cash for Vote’ case by the Anti-Corruption Bureau officials on the second day of his police custody on Sunday.

The Kodangal MLA, who was arrested by the ACB on May 31, while trying to bribe nominated MLA Elvis Stephenson, was questioned by the senior ACB officials at their Banjara Hills office. According to sources, most of the questions pertained to sources of Rs. 50 lakh cash which was seized from his possession at the time of arrest.
