Innovative Courses in launched in Urdu University

(Siasat News)On the one hand, Maulana Azad National Urdu University is marching ahead on the path of educational development, at the same time; it is keeping an eye on the introduction of such courses, which are job-oriented in nature.

The only national University of Urdu has succeeded in providing manpower in the areas of social work, in technical area like Polytechnic, I.T.I and professional courses like teacher education.

Urdu University has taken an initiative for launching four year integrated courses in science.

C.M. and Jaipal Reddy collide on gas issue

Zakaath Should be spent as per Shariath

(Siasat News)President of Jameiath-ul-ulema, Maulana Peer Shabeer Ahmed, MLC advised the well-to-do individuals to spend the amounts of Zakaath according to shariat laws.

Quran has clearly assigned the categories of the people who are eligible to receive Zakaath amounts. Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) has also stated it clearly.

Among the deserving people, the foremost are the nearest relatives, then orphans and neighbors. He told that shariath rules should not be subdued to the sentiments.

Atrocities on Maynamaar Muslims condemned

(Siasat News)Mohammed Fayazuddin, President and Mr. Mohammed Abdul Sattar Aadil, General Secretary of Human Rights Organization in a press statement issued yesterday condemned the genocide and atrocities mated out to the Muslims in Ayega village of Burma. Genocide of the Muslims is continuing wherein 22 thousand Muslims have been killed so far. Some Muslims escaped to save their lives.

Buddhists are saying that if the Muslims want to live in Burma, they should accept Buddhism; otherwise they would be exterminated from that country.

Management of the Minority Engineering Colleges made a new demand

(Siasat News)Minority Engineering College management made a fresh demand of 25% hike in the fee from this academic year to maintain academic standards.

They claim that the fee hike is necessary as the state government has imposed a steep increase in property tax, power tariff etc.

The Management also demanded the government to reimburse the entire fees for minority students.

Government still trying to convince the Management of Engineering Colleges

(Siasat News)Management of the Engineering Colleges said that they are ready to compromise with the fee increment, as the Government started checking the infrastructure of the 550 colleges who claim fee hike to Rs. 50,200 per annum.

Managements soften its stand and ready to compromise on the fee of Rs. 35,000 per annum.

When the management softens its nature it gave a hope to the government and declared, if the colleges agree to the fee of Rs. 35,000, the government will reimburse the fees of all Backward Classes and Economically Backward Classes students.

Exploitation will end only after formation of Telangana State-Kodandaram

(Siasat News)Prof. Kodandaram, Chairman, Telangana Political Joint Action Committee told that exploitation of Telangana people would end only when a separate Telangana State is formed. On account of exploitation of the capitalists of Seema Andhra, Telangana Region has reached the stage of wreckage.

TDP’s protest against fees reimbursement

(Siasat News)TDP MLAs staged protest in front of Chief Minister’s office (“C” Block) in Secretariat yesterday against Govt’s move to restrict the fees reimbursement amount to Rs. 31,000 and to arrange loans from the banks. The protest continued for half an hour. Police arrested them and shifted them to police station. According to the details, TDP MLA’s sought an appointment with the Chief Secretary, Ms. Minie Mathew for submitting a memorandum regarding the protest on fees reimbursement issue. She gave an appointment at 4:30 p.m.

TRS gives ultimatum to Center for formation of Telangana

DR. Abbas Muttaqui’s work “Munajaath-e-Multaqui” is published

(Siasat News)Renowned writer, Poet and Humorist Dr. Syed Abbas Muttaqui is a well-known literary figure of Urdu and Persian in Hyderabad. His third book “Munajaath-e-Muttaqui” has been published. It is a long poem that has 92 couplets based on 92 numeral value of Prophet Mohammed’s (PBUH) name.

This book has been dedicated to Prof. Syed Mohammed Tanveeruddin Khudanumayi, Head of the Dept. of Persian, Osmania University, Hyderabad. Mr. Abdul Moiz is the publisher of this book.

Merit Awards for Xth class and Intermediate passed Muslim Students by AFMI

(Siasat News)American Federation of Muslims of Indian Origin (AFMI) will award Gold Mark Medals to Muslim students who have passed Xth standard and Intermediate securing more than 75% marks. Appeal for lame cancer patient girl

(Siasat News)Ms. Shayesta Firdous (13) was not a handicapped girl right from her childhood. After 11 years of her age, she suffered from Cancer and as a result of which her one leg was removed. She belongs to a middle class family. Her parents and other relatives helped her but they are not able to help her further.

For getting an electronic leg, she needs Rs. 3.5 lakh, which her parents and relatives can’t afford.

Awareness Programme on Breast Feeding in Kodangal

During this week, wide publicity was given to the importance of Breast Feeding. The milk of the mother is like “Amrut” for the child. One hour after the child birth milk should be given to the child. Daily 8 to 10 times, milk should be fed to the child so that children could develop resistance to fight diseases.

Egyptian Qari Mansoor Juma Mansoor recites Quran in Siasat office today

(Siasat News)Renowned Qari of Islamic world, Shaik Mansoor Juma Mansoor of Jamia Azhar Shareef (Egypt) will arrive in Hyderabad today. CM of AP Mr. N. Kiran Kumar Reddy will welcome him at Hyderabad Airport.

He will recite the Quran in Siasat office at 5 pm today. He will also recite the Quran at 10 pm at Dargah Hazrath Syed Shujauddin Quadri at Edi Bazaar. Maulana Syed Shah Abdullah Quadri will preside over the function.

Maulana Syed Shabeer Nakshbandi has invited him. The Govt. of A.P has treated him as state guest.
