Fresh Fruit Sorbet

Ingredients

4 cups of fresh seasonal fruits (Peaches, kiwi fruit, Strawberries, Pomegranate, Bananas, Papayas or mangoes)
½ cup fresh Orange juice
1 cup fresh Lemon juice
A pinch of rock salt
Sugar (as per taste)
Mint Sprigs (for garnishing)

How to make Fresh Fruit Sorbet

Take a large mixing bowl and put the fruits in it.
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of lemon juice over the fruits to prevent them from getting oxidised.
Put the bowl in the refrigerator till the fruits get chilled.

•Rice noodles 200 grams
•Boneless chicken breasts cut into thin slices 2

Method
Heat sufficient oil in a deep pan. Soak the rice noodles in hot water for a while. Cut green capsicum into 1 inch pieces. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non stick pan, add capsicum and salt and cook.

500 gms Cottage cheese
2 Cups sugar
200 gms Condensed milk
1 tsp Saffron
How to make Chum Chum

Mix cottage cheese and flour well and make soft dough.
Make oval shaped balls out of this dough and keep it aside.
Prepare sugar syrup of thin consistency.
