Missing businessman’s decomposed body found

A 38-year-old man, who went missing since last month, was found dead in the Balanagar police limits.

The deceased, M Mohan Reddy, a businessman, did not return to his house at IDA Bollaram since November 24. However, on Wednesday, the police found his dead body at IDPL Township. The body was highly decomposed and the cause of death would be ascertained only on receipt of post-mortem report, police said. (INN)

Man found dead in mysterious circumstances

The Ghatkesar on Thursday began investigations into the death of a 45-year-old cook who was found dead at his residence under suspicious circumstances.

The deceased, Raja Babu, was found dead at his house in Annojiguda on Wednesday evening. Police also suspect that he might have consumed some unknown poison. However, the body was later shifted to Gandhi Hospital mortuary for post-mortem. (INN)

New-born female baby’s body found

The Uppal police on Thursday found the body of a new-born female baby from the Ramanthapur nala of Ramreddy Nagar.

Husband ends life
(Siasat News): In a bizarre case, a husband ended his life after a row with his wife. This incident occurred at Pet Basheerabad police limits where K Parmesh, 34, took the extreme step last night.

The deceased was an auto driver and has been living in Dolapally. He had exchanged heated argument with his wife on December 16 and very next day, out of frustration, he set himself ablaze and died on the spot.

Police has registered a case and further investigations are on.

Woman succumb to accidental burn injuries.

A 35-year-old House wife died of burn injuries which she suffered on December 15 at her residence in Mehmoodguda of chilkalguda.

According to Chilkalguda police, the deceased, K Roopa W/o Sreeramulu caught fire while cooking on stove accidentally flames caught her. She was admitted to Gandhi hospital where she died on Dec 17 Tuesday night hours.(INN)

One killed in train accident Near Sanathnagar

An unidentified women of about 40 years died on the spot after he was hit by a train while trying to cross the tracks.

The accident occurred on the tracks near Sanathnagar on Tuesday night hours. The Nampally Railway Police preserved the body at the Osmania General Hospital mortuary for autopsy and identification. (INN)

Colleagues’s harassment led to suicide
(Siasat News): Despite various awareness programme and stringent legislations, the harassment meted out to the IT women employees still continued and relevant deaths. One such incident occurred in Madhapur where an IT woman employee just could not tolerate the harassment of her fellow officials and committed suicide.

Police sources said that Sudeshi Nas Das, 36, has been working in Oracle Company. She hailed from Kolkata. She was being harassed by high officials of the company.

Ninth Class student commit suicide

In a shocking incident, A 16 year old Ninth Class student committed suicide by hanging at Sri Meha College fourth floor room on Tuesday early hours of Malakpet police limits.

The deceased, P Sairam son of P Balaiah was a student ninth class r/o Dilsukhnagar and committed suicide on Tuesday. According to Malakpet police deceased mother P Manemma a sweeper angry and Schrolled him due to playing a cricket on night hours. Three killed in road accidents.

A 35-year old painter was killed in road accident after hit by a lorry in KPHB police limits.

According to KPHB police, the deceased, Nagendram, was killed when a Lorry came opposite direction and hit him on Tuesday morning hours. He was a resident of Gokul Huts of Miyapur and met with the accident while going on his motor cycle to routine work. He died on the spot, Sub-Inspector Srinivas Reddy said.

In another case, A 24-year-old private employee died on the spot while going on his motor cycle dashed to a stationed lorry in Bowenpally police limits.

Software engineer commits suicide in madhapur

A 36 year-old-woman hanged herself at her house in Sri Laxmi Nivas Ayyappa Society of Madhapur on Monday.

According to the Madhapur police, The woman identified as Sudeshna Das daughter of Manishinath Das an Software Engineer of Oracle company resorted to the step due to mental depression. The woman was staying with her mother Anita Das at the house.

Engineer held for harassment
(Siasat News): The Cyber wing of Cyberabad police has arrested a software engineer as he was involved in harassing his fellow engineer by creating a fake ID on social networking website.

It is said that the engineer Koteshwar Rao had proposed marriage to applicant woman software engineer, which was turned down.

Angry over this, Koteshwar Rao created fake face book ID of the woman and started harassing her saying that if she would not marry her, he would commit suicide and would post the suicide note face book.

Auto Driver held for raping married woman

The Jubilee Hills police on Monday arrested one auto driver who allegedly raped a 30-year-old married woman.

The accused, Siraj Ahmed (36) of Video Galli, Rahmathnagar, has alleged aped the woman, who was a resident of Brahmashankar Nagar of Jubilee Hills and native of Mahabubnagar district a few days ago. A case was lodged after the victim and her husband lodged a complaint with the police. A manhunt was launched to arrest the accused and finally he was caught on Monday. The accused is being been sent to judicial remand, Jubilee Hills Inspector D V Pradeep Kumar said. (INN)

Man found unconscious near BVB School dies at OGH

A 65-year-old man, who was found lying unconscious on a footpath near Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan of Jubilee Hills, died at the Osmania General Hospital.

According to police, the man, who was later identified as K Rangappa of Film Nagar Huts, was found unconscious on December 11 and was later shifted to the OGH where he died on Monday. Police suspect that he might have committed suicide by consuming poison. (INN)

A 19-year-old girl committed suicide allegedly due to the harassment by a boy in the neighbourhood.

According to Shalibanda police, the victim, Rekha, was allegedly being harassed by a local boy Prithivi by trying to propose to her for friendship. Rekha felt humiliated when her parents learnt and enquired about it with her. She took the extreme step on Monday morning. Police began investigations after registering a case.

Housewife dies of burn injuries in Osmania hospital

A 53-year-old woman died of burn injuries which she suffered while cooking food at her residence.

Auto driver held for alleged rape
(Siasat News): Jubilee Hills police has arrested an auto driver for allegedly raping a woman passenger. As per the details, the auto driver Syed Siraj, 38, resident of Rahmathnagar, was taking a woman passenger, resident of Jawahar Nagar.

However, during the course of journey, the woman asked the auto driver to stop the vehicle near Jankamma Baug in Yousufguda, as she wanted to relieve herself.

Police register case of negligence against private hospital

The SR Nagar police registered a case of death due to negligence against a private hospital and its doctors.

According to police, one person, J Ramalingam (51) of Karimnagar was admitted to a private hospital on December 4. He underwent a heart surgery on December 10 and died on Saturday. However, his relative lodged a complaint before the police alleging negligence by the doctors.

Based on the complaint, police registered a case and began investigation. (INN)

A 32-year-old man died allegedly after consuming illicit liquor in Kulsumpura police limits.

The deceased, D Madan, an auto-trolley driver, was found lying unconscious at his residence in Sabzimandi of Jiyaguda on Saturday evening. He was immediately rushed to Osmania General Hospital where he died on Sunday morning. He was a habitual drunkard and police suspect that he died either due to consumption of illicit liquor or some unknown poison. A case has been registered and further investigations are on. (INN)

Two missing men found dead

The Jeedimetla police on Sunday retrieved the body of a 45-year-old man, who went missing from his home since December 12.

The deceased, S Mallesh, a mason, was missing from his home in Gajularamaram since December 12. His body was found in a lake and was later shifted to the Gandhi Hospital mortuary for autopsy. Police suspect that he might have downed in the lake accidentally.

Woman succumb to accidental burn injuries

A 30-year-old died of burn injuries which she suffered on November 28 at her residence in Deepti Sri Nagar Colony.

According to Miyapur police, the deceased, M Saritha, caught fire while trying to lit a candle after power went off. She was admitted to a nearby private hospital where she died on Saturday night. (INN)

A 60-year-old man died of injuries which he suffered after falling down from a wall in SR Nagar police limits.

The deceased, T Lakshmikantha Rao, fell down from a wall near his residence in Yousufguda in an inebriated condition on Thursday evening. He was immediately rushed to the Osmania General Hospital where he died on Friday night.

Two women among five commits suicide

In separate cases, five persons, including two women, committed suicide for different reasons.

A 24-year-old man, J Chandu, committed suicide by hanging at his residence in Vinayak Nagar Colony of Bandlaguda on Friday night. According to Rajendra Nagar police, Chandu took the extreme step after he was rebuked by his mother on some trivial issue.

Wife’s addiction to mobile phone drives man to suicide

Depressed over his wife constantly talking over cell phone, a daily wager ended his life.

The deceased, A Ramakrishna, 26, took the extreme by jumping in front of a train between Shivrampally and Falaknuma stations on Friday night. Enquiries by the Kachiguda Railway Police revealed that Ramakrishna, a resident of Shivrampally, had a love marriage with a girl about two years ago. However, Lakhsmi left him after about six months of marriage and remained out of touch for almost one year. He searched for her and brought her back home about six months ago.

50 year old man killed in train accident

A 50-year-old man died on the spot after he was hit by a train while he was trying to cross the train.

The accident occurred on Friday evening near Moula Ali Railway Station. The deceased was later identified as D Narahari, a businessman and a resident of Domaiguda. (INN)
