Dead body of a woman found
(Siasat News): Hayathnagar police has found the dead body of an unknown woman from Batasingaram area.

The deceased is between 20 to 25 years of age and the efforts are on to trace her whereabouts. She was killed with sharp weapons as the body bore the scars of the weapons.

The dead body was found in an open land in survey No. 376 of Batasingaram. A case has been registered and further investigations are in progress.

Brother sexually abuses younger sister

In an appalling incident a brother attempted to sexually abuse his younger sister. 30 year old Narsing a mechanic, resident of Indira Nehru Nagar started behaving vulgarly with his sister who also resides in the same colony. On December 29, when she was alone, Narsing attempted rape on her. A case has been registered against him under Nirbhaya act and the accused has been arrested and remanded by the police.

Man electrocuted to death at Tappachabutra

A 23-year-old-man died of electrocution at Tappachabutra on Tuesday.

According to the Tappachabutra police, Deceased identified as D. Shiva, a vegetable vendor, resident of Jaffer guda of Karwan was trying to retrieve clothes from a power cable when he got electrocuted, the police said. He was rushed to a nearest private hospital but he was declared dead by the doctors. (INN)

Software employee commits suicide

A 27 year-old-Software Employee allegedly ended his life on the railway tracks at Shamshabad on Monday.

According to Kachiguda Railway Police, Deceased Identified as S Dilip, 27, son of Krishna reddy hailing from Mahboobnagar district was found dead on tracks between Shamshabad and Timmapur by the people who alerted the railway police. The police are trying to ascertain the reasons behind the death. (INN)

Lover creates scene near beloved’s house
(Siasat News): The action replay of the renowned 1975 film Sholay was seen in Mahboobnagar town when a lover, a software engineer, reached the house of his beloved and created a scene demanding the expression of her lover or else he would die.

Rural police sub-inspector Vijay Kumar said that the software engineer hailed from Badepally Ashwin was in love with the friend of his sister who works as a house surgeon at Gandhi hospital.

Woman hangs herself with tree, died

S Mallamma, a house wife, aged 46 years committed suicide by hanging with tree near her residence in Addagutta, Lalaguda on Sunday night. She was the wife of Muthyalu.

Mallamma took the extreme step after she quarreled with her daughter’s mother in law on petty issue, Lalaguda police said.

Cyber Cheat held for duping a Woman

One Rajendran Parthasarathy, 24, a native of Tamil Nadu, was arrested by Cyber Crime Police, on Monday in connection with a “Job offer fraud” case.

Cyber Crime Police stated that one Nagamanisri of Alwyn Colony, Kukatpally has complained that she was cheated by the accused, who promised to provide a job in IBM and collected Rs 80,000. Police said the complainant was e-mailed a fake offer letter, subsequent to her clearing a telephonic interview from IT firm IBM’s official fixed-line (No.040-66596000). On verification with IBM authorities, she found the offer letter to be fake.

Women succumbs to burn injuries

A 35-year old Gram Panchayat Sweeper set ablaze herself at her residence Buchi Reddy colony of Shamshabad.

In RGI Airport police limits, 35-year-old Nelamma wife of Chinnaiah committed suicide by setting himself ablaze on thursday and undergoing treatment she was died on Dec 30 early hours Osmania General hospital. He used to work Sweeper and set herself on fire by pouring kerosene herself due to financial problems and not getting salary last before 2 to 3 months, RGI Airport police said. (INN)

Software engineer dies under suspicious circumstances

A 23-year old Software engineer of Vipro died under suspicious circumstances at her residence at Gachibowli on Sunday.
The girl identified as Surabhi Singh daughter of R P Singh a resident of K. V apartments at Gachibowli and hailing from Uttar Pradesh. The Raidurgam police said that the woman stayed at a flat along with her friend Swetha. On Sunday her friend who found her unconscious state and rushed her to a hospital where doctors declared her brought dead. Actual cause of death was not known yet.
Police registered a case and body shifted to Osmania hospital mortuary for autopsy. (INN)

Student beaten, complaint against teacher
(Siasat News): A case has been registered with Uppal police against a tuition teacher who had severely beaten a student.

As per the details, the student Abhijeet has been studying in Little Star School and taking tuition from one Soujanya teacher. Today, when the teacher found Abhijeet talking with his friends during the class, she severely beat him.

Abhijeet’s father said in his complaint that his son was injured. Further investigations are on.

Tuition teacher beats 6th class student

A sixth class boy was badly beaten by his tuition teacher, leaving him with serious injuries on his back and neck.

Sowjanya C, a home tutor in Ramanthapur, hit her 12-year-old student for not doing his assignments on which the parents filed a complaint with the Uppal police. Child’s father said earlier also the boy was physically assaulted by the teacher but last night she hit so hard that the boy had to be taken to the doctor.

A 34-year old house wife died due to electrical burns in Madhapur police limits.

On Dec 27 evening hours, Deceased P Padma (34) wife of P Venkatesh while working on his residence Siddiqnagar of Madhapur she was touched the switch board with wet hands and she got electrical burns immediately shifted to nearest private hospital where doctors declared brought dead. Infant baby girl’s body found near graveyard

The Jubilee Hills police found the dead body of an infant baby girl, aged about 2 days, near a graveyard opposite filmnagar of Yousufguda open land.

According to police, the infant is suspected to have been dumped near the graveyard by the relatives on Friday evening hours. The body has been shifted to the Osmania General Hospital mortuary for post-mortem. Further investigations are on. (INN)

A 30-year-old women died of burn injuries which she suffered on December 7 at her residence in Bandanagar of Domalguda.

According to Chikkadpally police, the deceased, K Mamta W/o Mallesh caught fire while cooking on stove accidentally flames caught her. Immediately her husband rescued her and he is also received burn injuries, locality people was admitted to Gandhi hospital where Mallesh died on Dec 24 and his wife Mamta died on Dec 28 morning hours hours.(INN)

A 33-year-old woman committed suicide by hanging herself at her residence O.U Colony of Shaikpet in Golconda police limits.

5 dead in ghastly road accident
(Siasat News): A ghastly accident occurred at Tikkuguda on outer ring road where five persons including 4 women died and 4 others seriously injured.

All the dead were from the same family and the injured include the driver. These people hailed from Kondya, Maharashtra and had started their journey for Tirupathi last evening.

But fate had something otherwise as their car met with accident in the early hours as it rammed into a stationary lorry at Tikkuguda.

Auto Driver raped 7-year-old daughter

Raju an auto driver shocked the society when it emerged that he has raped his 7-year-old daughter who is studying in first standard. The accused lived in Seethaphalmandi along with wife and two daughters.

When the girl started complaining of stomach pain, the curious mother asked for the reason. The child disclosed about the ordeal and immoral activities of her father.

When the angry wife questioned the driver, he fled the home with his younger daughter. A complaint has been registered with the police and the victim send for the medical examination.

CBI arrests leading jeweller in Hyderabad

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Friday arrested MBS Jewellers owner Sukhesh Gupta for alleged irregularities in gold imports. A court later sent him to judicial custody.

Officials of the anti-corruption wing of the CBI arrested Gupta after questioning him in connection with the case booked against him early this year.

An official of state-owned Minerals and Metals Trading Corporation (MMTC) was also arrested, a CBI official said.

Infant’s dead body found in train coach
(Siasat News): The dead body of an infant was found in the coach of a train and this news sent shock waves at the station. It is said that the dead body was lying in the toilet of the general compartment. The train had come from Bangalore and had a stop at Kachiguda.

Five killed in Hyderabad road accident

Five people were killed and four were injured when a car hit a stationary truck on the Outer Ring Road on the outskirts of Hyderabad Friday morning, police said.

The dead include four women. The injured were shifted to Osmania Hospital and their condition is stated to be critical.

The accident took place at Tukkuguda in Ranga Reddy district when the car collided with a truck parked on the Outer Ring Road. According to police, the victims were from Maharashtra. The bodies have not have been identified.

Police suspect that dense fog in the area might have led to the collision.

Ranji Trophy player Kanwaljit Singh booked for assault

Former Ranji Trophy player Kanwaljit Singh was today booked for allegedly assaulting the brother of a former Indian test cricketer N Shivlal Yadav.

Virendra Yadav filed a complaint before Begumpet police accusing Kanwaljit of assaulting him and using filthy language after the latter reportedly objected to his son exercising in the Gymkhana Ground on December 24, a police officer said.

There seemed to have been an argument between Yadav and Kanwaljit over the matter after which Kanwaljit allegedly hit Yadav, the officer said.

4 Worker charred to death in a fire at Rubber factory shamshabad

Four workers were charred to death in a fire that broke out in a rubber factory in Gaganpahad area this morning.

Preliminary reports say that leakage from a pipe line supplying hot liquid chemical resulted in the blaze that spread to one of the rest rooms in the factory premises where the workers were sleeping.

“It seems the melted rubber fell on the workers and they were burnt alive. One fire tanker was sent to the area and the fire was put off at around 6.45 AM but four were left dead in the the mishap,” a fire officer said.
