Hyderabad: BJP MLA, Raja Singh formed a new political party and named it as “Kavatya party”. He announced that his new political party will participate in GHMC elections. It will also contest for Mayor’s post.

It may be noted that Right-wing Activist, Raja Singh had recently blamed BJP State President, Mr. G. Kishan Reddy for keeping quiet on Beef Festival issue organized by OU students. He had also made an announcement to take a procession to stop beef festival but police arrested him. Police also registered a case against him in Bolarum police station. He also has many criminal cases registered against him in various police stations in the city. After issuing statements against Kishan Reddy, Raja Singh had stop going to BJP Office.
He held a closed door meeting in Goshamahal in which extremist issues were discussed. After detailed discussions, a decision was made to form a new political party. Although Sangh Parivar dissociated with this, but communal elements are with him.
