NEW DELHI: Prominent lawyer-activist Prashant Bhushan triggered a storm by calling the Hindu deity Krishna a ‘Legendary Eve teaser’.
Not only this, Mr Bhushan also dared Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath to rename its anti-Romeo squads as anti-Krishna squads.
Taking to Twitter, Prashant Bhushan said, “Romeo loved just one lady, while Krishna was a legendary Eve teaser. Would Adityanath have the guts to call his vigilantes AntiKrishna squads?”

His staunch reply kicked off a storm on the social media. BJP Delhi spokesperson Tajinder Bagga file a police complaint against former Aam Aadmi Party minister. “Filing A police complaint today against Prashant Bhushan for insulting Lord Krishna,” he posted.

However, he was quick to clarify his position by providing an explanation on his tweet. “My tweet on Romeo brigade being distorted. My position is: By the logic of Romeo Brigade, even Lord Krishna would look like eve teaser,” he tweeted.
