KCR govt working against Statute: Bhatti

Telangana PCC working president Bhatti Vikramarka has alleged that the TRS government was working against the Constitution.

Speaking to the media at Gandhi Bhavan here on Tuesday, Bhatti alleged that feudal rule was in vogue in Telangana and Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao made Talasani Srinivas Yadav to take oath as a minister in gross violation of the Constitution. “A person, who takes oath as per Constitution, has to get elected within six months after his oath as Minister”, he said. He also asserted that continuing as Minister in the TRS government while winning as a TTDP MLA was sheer violation of Constitution. He demanded that the TRS government order CBI inquiry into purchase of Innova cars indiscriminately. (NSS)
