Cabinet expansion only when necessary: CM

New Delhi / Hyderabad, December 30:Chief Minister N. Kiran Kumar Reddy today made it apparently clear after meeting AICC president Sonia Gandhi on Friday that he would expand his ministry whenever there was a need for it.
Speaking to the media after his meeting the AICC supremo and other Central leaders, Kiran Kumar Reddy said that the question of inducting the former PRP MLAs in his cabinet would be ventured once the merger of PRP with the Congress was officially received.
The Chief Minister also denied that there was any rift between him and the APCC president Botcha Satyanarayana. “We are working together and all decisions were being taken after consultations amongst us. The so-called rift or differences between us is a media creation”, he observed.
Asked about the controversy being raised over the recent raids by the ACB on liquor syndicates, the Chief Minister said he had not yet received the report from the ACB officials. “Once the report comes, I would reveal the details”, he observed. (NSS)
