Hyderabad, July 21: A youth drowned in Meeralam tank as the boat overturned. It is said that 18 year old Ataullah who worked in a plastic godown, drowned in Meeralam tank who went to Meeralam tank along with his two friends Fyaz and Mohammad to travel in a boat.
Inspector Bahadur Pura, Biksham Reddy told that 18 year old Ataullah and his other friends were riding a boat when the water entered into the boat and the boat started drowning. Meanwhile Ataullah’s friends who knew swimming succeeded in saving their lives however Ataullah drowned. Police tried to retrieve Ataullah’s body late night.
