Jammu, May 20: A youth was today arrested for allegedly raping a teenage girl in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir, police said.
Mohammad Ramzan kidnapped the 13-year-old girl this morning and then took her to the forest area where he allegedly raped her in Dharamkot belt of Billawar tehsil in the district, they said.
The girl narrated the incident to her family, they said, adding a case was registered against the accused following which he was arrested.
