Deputy Chief Minister, Kadiam Srihari today condemned the Congress for proposing to conduct a party Garjana program at Osmania University. Talking to reporters at Secretariat here he took serious exception to the Congress sate leadership for declaring to invite AICC Vice Chairman Rahul Gandhi for the political event. He sought to know how the Congress can go in for such program in the university. It is uncalled for and unbecoming on the part of the Congress to hold the program he said. The government will not give permission to Congress Garjana as it will turn out be a political program he said. Sirhari also said that the Congress leaders can conduct the program elsewhere like one conducted in Sanga Reddy recently. The deputy chief minister reprimanded the opposition by turning the Osmania University a stage for political program. (NSS)
