Jaipur, June 12: A 44-year-old woman allegedly committed suicide after she was gangraped in her flat in posh Vaihali Nagar here, police said.
The body was found hanging from ceiling late last evening in her flat.
Police said she left behind a suicide note in which she said that she was taking the extreme step as she was raped by a businessman and his friend, who were known to her, on June 8.
The woman was employed with a private firm and was residing alone, police said adding, a manhunt has been launched for the accused, who are missing after the incident came to light.
