Barabanki, March 13: A woman was allegedly raped by her neighbour in Dewa area here, police said today.
The victim met Deputy Superintendent of Police Dipendra Nath Chaudhary yesterday and alleged that her neighbour Man Singh forcibly entered her residence on Wednesday night and raped her, they said.
A case has been registered and efforts are on to nab the accused who has fled, they said.
