TDP has questioned the YSR Congress honorary president Y S Vijayamma what she was actually promising the people by stating that her son Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy would bring back ‘Rajanna Raj’ of her late husband.
In a statement here on Thursday, Shobha Hymavati, party’s women wing leader has said the rule of late Dr. Y S Rajasekhara Reddy was nothing but plundering of the state, and asked Vijayamma to explain if she meant that her son also would bring back the same ‘Rowdy Raj.
Referring to Jagan’s sister Sharmila introducing herself as the Kadapa MP’s sister, Shobha Rani has said she should have introduced herself as wife of Bro. Anil Kumar who has illegally occupied 50,000 acres of Bayyaram mines. She has questioned Vijayamma if she was planning to live happily with their ill-gotten properties by alleging that her husband was murdered and her son was illegally incarcerated. She has questioned Vijayamma if it was not her husband who was responsible for shooting down two farmers when the poor asked 70 yards of land. Was it not YSR who has doled out thousands of crores of rupees that was due to the poor to Gali Janardana Reddy, she asked. She said all the irregularities unearthed in the state were only pointing at Vijayamma’s husband and son. She also said like Dawood Ibrahim, Jagan was heading a J Gang in Andhra Pradesh with Mangali Krishna, Bhanu Kiran, Gali Janardana Reddy and other murderers and swindlers as its members. Do the people want a government run by these men, Shobha Rani has questioned. She has urged the people not to believe the words of VIjayamma and vote for a party led by hardened criminals. (NSS)
