The birth anniversary of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad is celebrated as National Education Day. In this connection Confederation of Minority Institutions is organising week-long programmes. President Mr. S M Farooq and Secretary Khaleelur Rahman said ‘essay writing and elocution completions will be held on the personality of Maulana Azad. Apart from other competitions for school children, a film on Maulana Azad will be screened at Urdu Maskan Auditorium on November 11 and Maulana Azad Educational Awards will be presented.
