Designation : HR Recruitment (Non IT)
Experience : 0.6 Yrs to 4 Yrs Years of Experience.
Work Location : HYDERABD
Role :
– Hands on experience in End to End Recruitment.
– Should able to close the requirements within given TAT.
– Good Expertise in Sourcing / Screening the profiles according to the job specifications, Social media Recruitment experience will be an advantage.
– Comfortable with niche hiring & critical search assignments.
– Coordination with the candidates till on-boarding / joining at the client site.
– Capacity to handle the work pressure and targets.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Ensures the joining of the selected candidates.
