Bhopal, April 23: Veteran BJP leader Sunderlal Patwa today said that Uma Bharti’s return to the party would not lead to any instability.
“There is no division in the party on the issue. BJP was stable when she was in the party, and even when she was not there,” the former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister said.
“People keep coming and going in the party and it would not lead to any instability,” the 85-year-old leader told PTI.
“All talk about the party being in two minds on the issue is in the media only. The party will take an appropriate decision on the issue at a proper time,” Patwa said.
“However, I do not have any opinion on whether she should be inducted back in the party or not,” he said.
