Muzaffarnagar, April 09: Two men committed suicide and attempted to murder their family members in two separate incidents in the city, police said today.
Bhupesh Goel committed suicide after allegedly firing gunshots at his wife and son while the family was returning from Meerut last night, they said.
While Goel died on the spot, his wife Deepali and son Vaibhav were rushed to the hospital, they added.
In another incident, Yogesh Kumar first allegedly shot dead his wife Mamta Sharma and later shot himself at their residence in Krishna Puri today, they said.
Dead bodies have been sent for post-mortem, they added.
