TS would strive to provide the best facilities to the Haj pilgrims

The Deputy Chief Minister, Government of Telangana, Mohammed Mahmood Ali said that the State Government would strive to provide the best facilities to the Haj pilgrims going on Haj this year. Speaking a gathering at the first Haj Orientation Training camp held  at Hi-Tech Garden Function Hall at Old Malakpet here today, he said that he would try to see that  free accommodation with free food be provided to around one thousand  pilgrims at Makkah. He said that last year free accommodation and free food facilities were provided to around 600 Haj pilgrims.  He further  said that the Chief Minister  K. Chandrasekhara Rao has instructed to provide all possible facilities to the Haj pilgrims. He further said that  he would visit Jeddah after Ramazan to ensure accommodation to 1000 pilgrims. He requested the pilgrims to pray   for the development of the country, the state and the community.

 

Ahmed Bin Abdullah balala MLA  requested the pilgrims to pray for peace, progress and prosperity of the nation, the state and the people.

 

Syed Omer Jaleel, Secretary to Government, Minorities Welfare Department gave useful advises to the Haj pilgrims and said that they should make best use of time and calculate the timings for reaching from their residence to mosque in the sacred cities.  He advised the pilgrims to carry little baggage with them and take care of their health.

 

Prof. S A Shukoor, Special Officer Telangana State Haj Committee presided over the meeting, he  said that the pilgrims should exhibit patience and resilience during Haj. He said that the Telangana State Haj Committee had made the best arrangements for the Haj pilgrims in the country and this year also more better arrangements would be made.   Syed Amin ul Hassan Jafferi MLC also attended the programme.

Distinguished scholars Moulana Syed Shah Azam Ali Sufi, Molana Abdur Rasheed Talha and others highlighted the   rituals and their significance. Master Trainer Khaja Naseeruddin detailed the logistic arrangements on screen. Haifz Saber Pasha recited   verses from Qura’an, while  Ansaar Anwar rendered Na’at. A large number of lady pilgrims   also attended the  Training Camp for them necessary separate arrangements were made. (NSS)
