Choppadandi MLA Bodige Shobha today created chaos at Renikunta toll plaza in Thimmapur mandal in Karimnagar district. She resorted to attack when toll gate staff asked the MLA to come in queue here on Tuesday.
The toll gate staff asked the MLA to come in general line as one vehicle was stationed in VIP’s route as it was failed. The MLA was travelling towards Hyderabad from Choppadandi. The Irate MLA resorted to attack the toll gate staff. Her gunmen attacked another person, who tried to pacify the MLA. They snatched that person’s cellphone while abusing him.
The toll plaza staff informed the local LMD police about the incident. ACP Usha Rani reached the spot along with staff and collected information. The ACP left the place declining to speak to the media. The visuals of attack were recorded in the CCTV installed at toll plaza. (NSS)
