Assistant engineer attached to Vanasthalipuram power sub-station Ashok Kumar was trapped by the sleuths of Anti-Corruption Bureau in a raid conducted on Wednesday.
According to the information, the ACB sleuths arranged a trap and caught the AE red handed while he was accepting a bribe of Rs 20,000 from the complainant for doing an official favor of giving power connection to an apartment building. Ashok Kumar was caught in a raid conducted by the ACB on NGO Colony power sub-station, Vanasthalipuram. (NSS)
