Three pedestrians killed in road accidents

A 65-year-old man succumbed to the injuries which he had sustained after he was hit by an auto-rickshaw in Santosh Nagar police limits.

The accident occurred on April 3 when the victim, M. Narasimha Rao, a retired government employee, was crossing the road near his residence in Santosh Nagar. He was admitted to the Apollo DRDO Hospital where he died on Tuesday night.

In another case, B. Sangamma, 70, of Roda Mistry Nagar was killed after she was hit and run by an unidentified vehicle in Jeedimetla police limits on Tuesday evening.

In a different case, B. Yadagiri, 40, a sweeper in Secunderabad Cantonment, died of injuries which he suffered on April 3 after he was hit by a car while crossing the road near his residence in Chikkadpally. He was admitted to Gandhi Hospital for treatment where he died on Tuesday night. (INN)
