New Delhi, December 17: Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is all set to fly to Copenhagen, but due to technical problem in the aircraft has forced the trip to delay by three hours.
The Prime Minister has to attend the Copenhagen summit of his last two days, where the talks have to conclude by making draft over the climate change issue. The high level summit is going to attend by the other world leaders like US president barrack Obama and Chinese President HU Zintao.
