TDP MLAs padayatra to Assembly

Hyderabad, February 13: Telugu Desam Party (TDP)President and former Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu today said that the Congress leaders were looting the state indiscriminately either through sand mafia or the liquor mafia. Talking to the media persons, Mr.Naidu who participated in the padayatra from NTR ghat organised by the TDP MLAs upto Assembly on the inaugural day of the budget session of the assembly, said there was no action against the transport minister and the PCC chief Botsa Satynarayana even after his confession that his family owned 30 liquor shops against the excise norms. The Kirankuma Reddy’s Government in the state had utterly failed in addressing the farmer’s problems and resolving their plight in the face of increasing cost of production and lack of protection for their produce, he alleged. The party will strive to expose all the anti-people policies of the Kiran Government and also the massive corruption in the administration, he catuioned Earlier, Mr Naidu and the TDP MLAs , paid tributes to TDP founder-leader N T Rama Rao at the Ghat before commencing the padayatra.
