New Delhi: Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor, who recently appeared on Amitabh Bachchan’s new television show ‘ Aaj Ki Raat Hai Zindagi’, must be very glad to promote her upcoming film on his show as she got to know more about her film from the veteran actor.
Expressing her gratitude to him, the 30-year-old actress took to her Instagram page to share the pic, wherein she was seen posing with the ‘Piku’ actor.
She captioned the pic as, “Thank you amit uncle for being so kind and supportive always and hand holding me through the show! You knew so much about Neerja!! I’m so happy I got to speak about Neerja for the first time on a platform that celebrates unsung heroes.. Tons of love always!”
Sonam had appeared on the talk show to promote her upcoming flick ‘Neerja’, which is based on the life of flight attendant Neerja Bhanot, who sacrificed her life to save the lives of hijacked passengers on Pan Am flight in Karachi in 1986.
Helmed by Ram Madhvani, the upcoming film will also feature actress Shabana Azmi and will hit the screens on February 19.
