Ship sinks in Arabian sea, 15 crew members rescued

Porbandar, December 17: Fifteen crew members of a Cargo ship have been rescued by the officials of the Indian Coast Guard from the sinking vessel in the Arabian Sea off Jakhau coast. According to official sources, the ship ‘Dhananjay’ set off from Porbandar en route to Sharjha when the incident took place.

It was reported that the ship had sunk late last night due to some technical snag.

The rescued crew members of the ship were brought to Porbandar by the Coast Guard.
