Hyderabad: Central intelligence agencies have issued alert about possibility of Pakistani nationals sneaking into India to carry out subversive activities. In this backdrop, major airports, including Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) has been put on a high alert.
As reported by the Times of India, following the alert, the security staff at the airport is on the toes. Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) is taking care of the internal security of the airport while the Cyberabad police is taking care of external security.
A team of OCTOPUS (Anti-terror commando force) has been deployed outside the airport for the past several months for any eventuality.
