Shabbir, Komati accept KTR’s challenge

Hyderabad: After the acceptance of challenge of state Industries minister KTR by Congress leader Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, one another Congress leaders has accepted the challenge. Former minister Mohd Ali Shabbir on Sunday said that he was accepting the challenge of KTR and said that he would quit politics if his party did not come into power after the ensuing assembly elections.

Shabbir asked KTR to be ready to quit politics if TRS failed to come into power after the next assembly elections. He made it clear that the grand alliance was formed to protect the basic values of democracy in the state and added that their sole aim was to defeat the feudal rule of CM KCR in Telangana. Alleging that the father and son duo are lying a lot in the state, Shabbir reminded that KCR did not fulfill his promise of making a dalit leader as the CM of the state. He also said KCR also cheated people by seeking their votes without fulfilling his conditional promise of drinking water to every household of the villages under mission bhageeratha program.
