Hyderabad: Senior journalist, Mr. Syed Mohammed Hadi Raheel who was the writer and columnist passed away last night due to heart attack. He was 81.
He is survived by a daughter who is residing in Canada.
Earlier, he was working in P&T Dept. Besides his official duties, he was associated with many literary associations and organizations. He was also the General Secretary of Telangana Union of Working Journalists.
His funeral prayer will be offered at 1 p.m. on Thursday, 3rd January at Masjid Miyan Mishk, Puranapul. He will be buried in the Hara Darwaza Graveyard located at Kagaziguda, Karwan Road.
