School girl gang-raped in Saudi Arabia

Jeddah: A school girl was lured by a 30-year-old to run away from family home. She went to one of her neighbor’s house where she was kidnapped and gang-raped by four persons many times.

According to news published in Arab News, the rapists were Govt. employees working in Madinah. Police received a message from her parents who reported that the girl is absent from the school.

Her father found a message on WhatsApp of her daughter who sent a message at 6:30 a.m. in which she had mentioned her whereabouts location. The father passed on this information to police.

The next day, her father received a telephone call from the female employees that the girl in safe custody.

When father went to get her, she was found in a bad condition. She narrated the incident that she was kidnapped and raped by a 30-year-old man whom she had contacted on WhatsApp.

She further told that the man kidnapped her and took her to some unknown place in the south of Madinah where he raped her and then left her in Sultana Street. She was again kidnapped by a young man who took her to his house where he lived with another person. At midnight, he dropped her off at Hujra pathway where she came across a group of persons who claimed that they were detectives. They persuaded her to get in to their vehicle and delivered her to the female guards.

The police arrested the man who had originally kidnapped the girl and taken her to his house. Police interrogated him. He confessed his crime and was detained for a month and then released although he was guilty.

The girl’s father made an appeal to the authorities to arrest the culprit and take stern action against him.
