Chandigarh, December 09: Eminent Bollywood choreographer Saroj Khan is thinking of producing a Broadway performance. The show will be staged on legendary dancer Amrapali, with popular actress Madhuri Dixit performing as the lead dancer.
Saroj said that steps are being taken to organize the show and if everything goes smoothly then only her dream will be turned into a reality. Feroze Khan has been requested by Saroj to take the responsibility of directing the show, while Javed Akhtar will be the lyricist.
Saroj Khan, who has choreographed well-known Bollywood actresses like Karishma Kapoor, Sri Devi and others has always shared an exceptional relationship with Madhuri.
Together they have churned out popular dance numbers together like ‘Chane Ke Khet mein’ from the film ‘Anjaam’, ‘Ek Do Teen’ from Tezaab, and ‘Dola Re Dola’ from the movie ‘Devdas’.
