Description:
Assist Sales Manager in the preparation of annual plans / budgets for the assigned products and defined territory.
Visit customer intensively to generate / follow-up enquiries, seek out market opportunities, secure sales and promote sales for the designated Accessories / Allied products
Study customer needs, prepare offers, tenders & contracts.
Regular follow up with Principals for the execution of customer orders for timely dispatch conforming to contractual terms & conditions.
Timely realization of payments, outstanding and C-Forms.
Arrange prompt erection / commissioning of Allied machinery and processing of reports to make good shortages, replacements for material / manufacturing defects, insurance claims etc. expeditiously
Inventory control for Accessories Products like Ring Travellers and Lubricants.
Collect and apprise Sales Manager/ Principals / SHQ with information on
— market and competition
— performance of own and competitors products on varying conditions and applications
— customer complaints and also areas of best performance of our products
Market services
Monthly MIS to SHQ and regular reviews on Sales progress
