Sabita Asked to meet Cong Leadership, Not decided Yet on the Issue

Hyderabad: Congress party MLA and former minister Sabita Indira Reddy on Tuesday opened her mouth on the issue of leaving the party to join rival TRS party. She said that the party high command had asked her to visit New Delhi and meet them. Sabita, however said that she did not take any decision on the issue of meeting the party high command leaders.

Expressing her displeasure over the distribution of tickets, she said that lot of injustice was done to her family. Noting that three family memebrs of TPCCC president Uttam Kumar Reddy got the MLA tickets, she said that her son Karthik Reddy was denied the ticket by the party. She alleged that her son was ignored in organisation of party president Rahul Gandhi’s public meeting at Shamshabad. She also alleged that some leaders in the party were trying to end their political careers deliberately.
