New Delhi, January 06: SAB TV is coming up with a new silent comedy show titled ‘Sab Chup Raho’ with Sunil Grover and Sheetal Maulik as the lead. Produced by Fireworks production which has earlier produced a hit television show ‘CID’ on Sony which is running now.
The show is a novel attempt to do a comedy without dialogues. Along with Sheetal Maulik, Bhavna Balsavar and K K Goswami will also feature in the show.Sheetal who had earlier acted in the youth-based show, Sunn Yaar Chill Maar plays Sunil’s wife and Nayan Bhatt (Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii) will play the grandmother. K K Goswami who was seen as Gabral in Vikral aur Gabral is going to play the prominent character of a servant who works on his own terms. There will be no dialogues and this is a very unique concept.
The characters of the show will be expressing themselves through gestures alone, just like the very popular Mr Bean comic series. The show will probably launch on January 29. This is going to be challenging for both actors and viewers.”
A source informs, “It’s about a family and their day to day lives. Jayadutt Vyas is the patriarch of the family who is a former military guy and like a true disciplinarian; he wants everyone in the house to follow his rules. Bhavna will play Sunil’s mother and Vyas’ wife.
