The State government today gave its nod for constructing 20 health hubs for conducting medical tests in the State. It sanctioned Rs 7.6 crore towards permissions for the construction of health hubs at required places across the State. Each health hub will cost Rs 38 lakh and the proposals of Health Director in this regard were approved by the government.
The Health hubs will be constructed under National Health Mission in the following areas: Mahbubnagar, Nagarkurnool, Vikarabad, Nizamabad, Sanga Reddy, Siddipet, Medak, Nalgonda, Suryapet, Jangaon, Mulug, Mahbubabad, Khammam, Kothagudem, Karimnagar, Adilabad, Nirmal and Asifabad. (NSS)
