Chhattisgarh, June 18: Chief Minister Raman Singh has sanctioned Rs 41 crore for construction of six minor irrigation projects in Chhattisgarh.
According to official sources, state Water Resources
Department Minister Hemchand Yadav had directed the authorities concerned to immediately start construction works with the Chief Minister sanctioning the projects.
The projects include Rs 27.59 crore Lachanpur Irrigation Diversion Scheme in Bilaspur, Rs 5.19 crore Mohda Anicut Scheme in Bilha, Rs 1.42 crore stopdam in Durg and Rs 1.12 crore Keshla Watershed project in Arang.
